I am new to chaturbate & I was tipped tokens but it still says 0 tokens. Does it take a while to process?
Welcome to Chaturbate, if you have been tipped the tokens would of appeared in your account immediately as tokens are instant. Please be careful with some users as they do post ‘fake’ token tips.
If the tip is genuine you will receive a tip noise and their name will be highlighted in yellow.
A fake tip will just have: tipped X tokens – where X is the number they stated, there will no noise and their name will NOT be highlighted. if you move your mouse over the top of this it will give you an emoticon command they have used to post the fake token message.
Does Chaturbate have rules against camming on another service such as Skype and asking clients to send gift cards instead of tokens or tips thereby circumventing their profit?
Yes there is a rule regarding Skype, Chaturbate can give official warnings for discussing them as any video streaming service like Skype or Yahoo messenger are NOT allowed.

Hi! I recently searched for my chaturbate alias online to make sure nobody recorded me and I found 3 or 4 videos that were recorded while I was broadcasting on chaturbate. Are there rules about that do I have the right to get them taken down on the other sites?
All models are covered by Chaturbate for DMCA’s – if you’ve found any recordings you can ask Chaturbate to have them taken down, but you need to supply the links to the recordings.
Please note that there are some sites that do unfortunately ignore theres requests, so they would need to be requested to be taken off search engine’s instead.
You can email support@chaturbate.com or shirley@chaturbate.com asking for help in this matter, they will either help you or ask you to send an email with the url’s to a 3rd party for removal.
Regarding the actual rules, it is against the Terms and Conditions of the site to record any live streams from Chaturbate.
Hi, I have 2 questions. 1* if your account is banned for breaching t&c, do you get paid the remaining balance of tokens from your account? & 2* If you are a couple and one member has breached the cam rules when broadcasting independantly and the other has not breached any rules, is it possible to restore an account banning only the member who has broken the rules?
Answer 1: Support normally state that any remaining tokens will be paid on next pay period, but you would need to wait or ask support@chaturbate.com to see if this would actually happen.
Answer 2: It is possible to have a banned account to be unbanned, you would need to contact support@chaturbate.com and apologise for the rule break if you know what it was for.
If you don’t know why the account was banned, I would highly recommend looking through the Terms & Conditions / Support section of the site. Plus going through the pages of this tumblr to see if anything can help solve the situation.

It really depends, on the ban that occurred on your account. If you are only a normal user (unverified – acceptance of tokens) you can only email support@chaturbate.com

What are the spending limits, exactly?
For purchasing tokens, this can range from user to user, but if you go over your spending limit of transactions allowed Chaturbate will not allow you to purchase anymore tokens for 24 hours / 1 week or 1 month. The limit depends on how much you have bought.
You will see what your spending limit is for transactions as shown, you can lift the limit by raising the limit which you get awarded with 200 free tokens.
are there countries from where you can’t send tips? I’m in asia and have 5 tokens in my account. But everytime I tip it says im unable to..
