hello last 1 week my account waz baneed because i worked whit window open and i stay at 1th floor and people who waz outside laughting and heare on cam. after that i get ban for no reason.i dont understand that how i can get ban for no reason? i understand if someone apearing on cam. but i have all videos and you can see cuz windows waz open. we worked 9 years almost on this platform and this is the only way how we make money . please understand us cuz we don t did any mistake or to broke rules. thx for understand and we wait your unswer 

Only Chaturbate can state why an account has been banned. You will need to find out why the account was banned. It could range from having a conversation within your room public chat feed or via DM to having someone on cam via body part like a hand or background noise that are not verified on the account.

We do know that if a person is off cam and can be heard on the stream which isn’t verified on the account can and does cause accounts to be banned.

Regarding the ban, you need to wait up to 72 hours for a reply. If there’s no reply after this time reply to the automated message you will have received after your first email to Support.

Please do NOT email them again for a new ticket as this can and does push your issue down the queue.

Is it against site rules for a moderator to poach users from other rooms and charge the model for it?

It is against the rules to advertise another model / streamers room in another room via public or private DM’s.

The model that the moderator is sending users to is responsible for their actions.

how can i be unbanned fast?

There is no speed regarding bans, you have to email support to have an account unbanned. But depending on the reason for the ban this could take a while or even be a termination. If an account has been terminated there is no lifting of the ban / termination.

Hi, i booked a show with a model. We agreed on everything before starting the show, but as soon as it started, she left her chair, and never came back. 
it was a minimum of 10 min, so i had to wait 10 min to cancel it, but still my tokens were gone.
Then she banned me immediately from her room, so i can’t report her… what should i do ? 
Surprisingly, the show was done with “recording : on” so everything is in my collection…

You can report the model / broadcaster & ask for your tokens to be refunded by Chaturbate themselves. Email support@Chaturbate with the details ie: models username & time of when it happened. The more details you give the better it is for Chaturbate to investigate.

The ‘NEW’ model tag is only for those who have never been on the site before. If a model has deleted their old account & make a new account just to receive the ‘NEW’ tag, they are breaking the T&C, they can be reported to support who will remove the ‘NEW’ tag. Please make sure to include the old username & new username for them to investigate.

This has been done many times with some models being banned for circumventing the T&C.

Account was been suspended without reason.

Chaturbate always has a reason to suspend or ban an account, it can be anything ranging from break of TOS within chat (a conversation between you and another user in public chat or PM) to a break of TOS due to what was being broadcast on the webcam.

Chaturbate will normally send you a warning, which you have to confirm the warning to dismiss the message so you can continue to broadcast or even just suspend an account without a warning depending on how serious the break in the TOS is.

If you have received a warning while on cam and dismissed it then continued to break the same rule/s that will more than likely why the account was been suspended / banned.

You will then have to contact Chaturbate to confirm what the suspension / ban was for. It can take anywhere from 24 hours to 72 hours for a reply, if they are very busy it can take up to a week but that’s in rare cases.

Please only send ONE email regarding the issue & wait for the automated reply. If you have not received a reply within 72 hours reply to ONLY the automated message you will have received. If you send a brand new email, this will generate a new ticket, this can and does push your enquiry down the list.

New groupings for private shows

I really don’t like the new grouping of private shows (6-18, 30-42, 60-72, 90+ tokens/minute). In particular, the 6-18 group now results in a listing of approx 50 pages, which is absurdly large and very user unfriendly. (The others result in approx 13 pages for the 30-42 group, approx 6 pages for the 60-72 group, and approx 3 pages for the 90+ group, all of which are a reasonable size.)

I accept the new 9 t/min rate needed to be accomodated, but those rooms could have been added in a new 6-9 range without losing overall usability.

You can submit feedback to Chaturbate regarding issues or improvements that have been made.

Hii,I got banned 6 days ago ,and I sent an email asking the reason of my ban ,with an image of the account showing banned,and I got a reply to submit age verification of an account I know nothing about,am confused cause I hve only one account,never opened another,I sent an email saying the account doesn’t belong to me ,I hvent gotten a reply yet 

Unfortunately you will need to wait until support has replied. If you still haven’t received a reply within 48 hours we would recommend replying to the email you will have received.

Please do NOT send a brand new email that will generate a new ticket number & cause your issue to be pushed back as support will need to look at both ticket numbers to solve the issue.

When you do reply to them please state clearly that the account that they are stating does not belong to you. Please bear in mind that if you are working for a studio, chaturbate maybe linking your account with someone else within that studio. You will then have to contact your studio so that they can email Chaturbate to sort your issue out.

Unfortunately if Chaturbate has terminated your account there is nothing you can do. Chaturbate takes this violation VERY seriously !!

IF your account has been banned, you will need to wait for support to reply to you. We would also suggest to check your spam box to see if you have received any warnings. If you haven’t it’s possible that Chaturbate has just terminated your account due to the serious nature of the situation.

If you have been terminated your only option is to move to another site.
