I keep getting a message that I have violated the TOS but I cannot figure out what it is I did. I have some tokens on my profile that I would like to be able to spend

If your account was banned the tokens will be suspended.

Depending on your account, you would need to get in touch with support or shirley to find out what the violation if they will inform you.

If you are a verified you could of violated one of the rules that Chaturbate set in the Terms of the site while broadcasting.

Otherwise you could of violated one of the number of the rules that is set in the Terms or the rules that are set in the help section of the site.

My account on Chaturbate has been terminated. I have got an email that it is terminated because of a suspect of violation the terms of service. When i ask them why it is terminated and ask them to help to solve it, i get a reply with the same text without an explanation. When i ask them to help me than got the same notifaction and the last reply is that they could not help me. Still don’t know why it is terminated and they don’t reply on my email anymore. I hope you could advise me what to do.

Depending of the violation of the Terms of the site, CB Support can cease all communications with the account holder. If the account was verified, you would need to get in touch with Shirley.

Otherwise there’s not much else I can suggest, specially when Support have ceased communications with you sorry.

Hi there. Tonight I tipped a model for her kik username, which she gave at first. But then she blocked me on it. So I emailed support and asked them for a model refund. Next thing I know they’ve banned my account that still had 81 tokens on. PLEASE help. This is ridiculous. Thank you

Without knowing the situation, there could of been a complaint made against your account and that is why you’ve been banned.

Its better to get in contact with Support@chaturbate.com with all details and information you can supply to them.

Try and keep calm and reply to them each time until you know whats happened or when the ban has been lifted.  Please bare in mind that sometimes the emails can end up in their spam box.

As always stay relaxed when replying to them, as getting angry wont solve anything and if it shows that you are trying to help the site to be better, they will help you more 😉

Hello, I am Justin. One of my friends gave her account elling that it was banned. So, I logged her account just to check. After that, the chaturbate keeps telling that my account is banned too. Because she was banned and you’ve logged into her account, both of your IP’s and accounts have now been linked.  This is why you have now been banned.

You will both need to get in contact with support@chaturbate.com to have this fixed.  Plus it depends why she has been banned if she can get her account back.

Someone suggested I make a request menu, but looking at 14c on the Terms & Conditions, it seems like this isn’t allowed. “Tips are a voluntary gratuity and may not be given in exchange for specific services. Promising to give a tip in exchange for performance of any act is strictly prohibited, and such conduct will result in an immediate and lifetime ban from use of the Service.” But, it seems like a lot of things, like goals keno app prizes, might not be allowed based on this rule.

This is a grey area, you would need to check with Support to confirm this, but from my understanding Keno, Request menu’s and other apps / bots that award prizes to the tipper are allowed.

The wording of the Terms seem to state that if a USER promises to give a tip in exchange for a performance (performance by the model) is prohibited.

Plus a user giving a tip on a keno / award app/bot IS voluntary.  There is no guarantee they will receive anything.

was wondering about the rules on linking to outside websites. i remember reading that only certain approved websites are allowed. i’m just not sure which ones are because i can’t find the page where i read that anymore. this is more specifically referring to linking my tumblr page. I am age verified and can accept tokens btw

You are allowed to link to tumblr, twitter and social sites including your own website.  But linking to websites that offer webcam broadcasts are NOT allowed.
