My username is kolobear – I was recently unbanned from the site, was inactive for a couple days and when I came back I was banned again and have been ever since. I’ve mailed support countless times and they simply won’t tell me a reason, which annoys me because I have a lot of money’s worth of tokens just sitting in the account and I essentially feel robbed off my money. Please help.

I can’t check your profile as its pw protected, but I’ve heard of a few being hit with a ban today. All I can suggest is waiting for support to get in touch as it maybe a glitch that you have been hit with.

While you wait you could try making a new account with an email address in a new browser, that normally works. But do NOT try and log back in to the banned account once it’s been made.

Edit: Right from what I can see, your actual account has been banned by chaturbate. You will need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out what the ban was for.

Normally bans consists of Breaking of the Rules or Terms and Conditions of the site you signed up to.

Yes, you are NOT allowed to advertise that on Chaturbate, this applies to any webcam/video messenger service.

This rule is shown in the Chat window of every single broadcast you do on the site:

Broadcaster Rules: Tokens are the only form of payment allowed. You may promote your personal website as long as it does not offer video chat. Do not provide your Skype or Yahoo Messenger to anyone, and do not ask users to chat with you elsewhere.

Question: Have you been banned on Chaturbate ??

If the answer is YES, then depending if you are a normal user or verified broadcaster (able to accept tokens), you need to get in touch with Chaturbate themselves.

If you haven’t tried another browser, I would recommend trying Chrome, Firefox or Opera. If you still can not use the full screen mode / resizing mode of the webcams I would suggest contacting support@chaturbate.com as it might be a slight bug in the site.
