Can you please tell me why my account was banned if i can get it lifted…. also if i had converted my tokens in caash already for this period, even though im already banned can i still get payed out. my payment was setup and everything.

You need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out why your account has been banned, also check your junk box to see if you’ve received any warnings as if you have Chaturbate will have possibly sent your warnings over a violation of the ToS, if you have violated the ToS & ignored the warnings they will have banned it or even worse terminated the account.

Regarding payment, it’s possible that you may receive a payment for the period that you were earning tokens before being banned, but it’s in the discretion of chaturbate. If you possibly received the money before the due date (end of the month) or when you cashed out (same day).

In any case we would advise you to email Chaturbate to find out, please only send ONE email to them & once you receive a reply (automated) with your ticket number, you can only then reply to that message. This keeps your enquiry to one ticket and not sending multiple emails while receiving multiple ticket numbers as this can and does push your enquiry down or delay a response.

Please note that Support can take between 24 & 1 week to reply depending how busy they are.

Unfortunately in these kind of situations you would need to email support & explain your situation to them as you were working for a studio. It would be the studio at fault IF they have been modifying official documents on photos etc to help qualify your account.

As Chaturbate operates under California law they have to be VERY careful with documents confirming when a person is over the age of 18. Any modification on documents for expiry dates or other information can lead Chaturbate into trouble.

Only Chaturbate can deal with a model like yourself personally. We can only advise to email them & if they reply to state your account has been terminated unfortunately there’s little you can do.

Why am I ineligible to broadcast? And how do I fix this issue.

A number of reasons could be for you to not be able to broadcast on Chaturbate:

Models from certain countries are not able to broadcast.

Age, even though you may have proof of your age Chaturbate can determine that the proof does not confirm the age within their rules or requirements.

You would need to email support@chaturbate.com & ask why they have stated you cannot broadcast on the site.

We were informed by a broadcaster (1) than another broadcaster (2) had been terminated from Chaturbate in relation to underage content, but then the termination had been lifted from their account.

We have since looked into this & found that the broadcaster (2) in question was terminated by Chaturbate in May 2022 due to underage chat in their room.

Chaturbate did NOT & have NOT lifted the termination of the account of this broadcaster (2).

Chaturbate takes certain violations of their ToS VERY seriously.

We have also found out that the broadcaster (1) that informed us, but who also asked for help regarding their own account had been warned on multiple occasions by Chaturbate regarding chat in their own room but these warnings were ignored. Chaturbate then terminated their account for the violations of the ToS.

My account is ‘username given’. Am I shadowbanned? Can we fix it?

Chaturbate are having a few issues with the site at the moment, but when one of the team checked the username given it stated access denied as you’re either blocking certain genders or a certain location. So we are unable to check the profile.

My husband and I have been streaming for almost a year. Last night, we streamed the same way we always do. Quite literally nothing was different from usual. I went to go look at our account today and it was banned. I had money processing for payment as well. I need that money desperately. I’m not even sure why I was banned. I emailed customer service and haven’t heard anything. I didn’t do anything wrong and this is my only form of income. I need this fixed, I did not violate anything. We are insanely careful to not do anything against the rules. Please help me!

Unfortunately as you haven’t stated what your username is we can’t see the past broadcasts to give a general reason why you may have been banned.

We’ve found the username & honestly we can’t see why Chaturbate has banned you, we can only think that it’s something that will have been said within either your rooms chat or a PM that you’ve have with a user. More likely it’s something within the PM such as a user asking for something that will have been against the terms of the site, Chaturbate do monitor the PM’s and if a conversation breaks the terms of the site they will either give you a site warning or just simply ban the account.

But you will need to wait for Support to reply which can take anything up to a week before they reply. If you still don’t receive a reply after a week, reply to the automated reply you will have received from the first contact email you will have received.

Please do NOT send a brand new email regarding the issue as it May & does push the enquiry down.

Unfortunately you can only find the past models that you followed by either browser history or tipping the models which will show in your token stats page.

why my account was banned for no reason

The username you have given appears to be related to the last message we received with a completely different email, we can only assume that you have tried to make a brand new account to bypass the ban that Chaturbate have placed on your account.

Unfortunately you will have to email Chaturbate regarding the ban as making new accounts will not bypass the bans but will only result in new accounts being banned too.

Looking at the username you have given, that account has been deleted / disabled.

Chaturbate normally bans an account when the person that owns the account has broken the terms & conditions or the rules of the site that you agree to when you sign up.

Normally you will receive a warning then a ban, unless it’s a straight ban.

You’ll need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out why the account was banned, but please only send ONE email. It can take anywhere between 24 hours & ONE week for support to reply, so please be patient.
