I’m a cam model on Chaturbate and I’ve been having an issue cashing out my tokens. It says error, and to contact support if it continues. It’s now been 4 days of not being able to cash out. I’m trying to cash out tokens, I’m a mom and this is my only income, so I’m really relying on that to pay my rent today. (Username given)is my username.
There was an issue with a customer claiming I scammed them of tokens, saying I didn’t do what they asked for.. and they reported me through Chaturbate. Not sure if that’s the reason for the freeze on my account. Although I don’t agree with the accusation, I’m okay with refunding them so the issue can get cleared.
I’m still able to stream, but not cash out tokens. Does that mean I’m suspended? I’m just super confused and unable to think straight since this is my only form of income and I’m stressed beyond belief.
I enjoy working for Chaturbate and I’m extremely saddened by this situation. I did fill out the form on the website trying to contact you, but starting to get worried with no response back.

Unfortunately you will have to wait for Chaturbate Support to reply to you, it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for them to reply. Also due to it being a weekend it can take longer.
Token issues are unfortunately a regular occurrence, from tokens being frozen due to certain circumstances or issues with the actual accounts.
In regards to the user accusation of not doing something they requested, Chaturbate will look at when they tipped / paid for a private show & if you can give details to Chaturbate regarding the situation they will be able to look into the situation. The more information you give the better for the investigation. If you have only had one issue with one user in your room this can help in your situation.
As you have got a ticket number, we would advise to only reply to that ticket number & please don’t make new tickets as this can cause more issues than what it solves.
