According to the online time on the preview its been online some 11 hours. Thats totally unacceptable that they have been able to scam token for half a day without CB actively removing their account. In that time online they have been reported by dozen of people using both the report abuse button and the contact support function. (screencaps supplied) Is that and acceptable response time ? 12 hours? If I had twitter I would go on CBS twitter feed and give them blasting. They run a 24×7 operation, but not removing a room after some 12 hours? well what if it was minors on there?? and before you repeat comments about use the report button , contact support ETC . ITS ALWAYS DONE. Support could make changes and should actively LOOK at the site themselves, it take 5 seconds to click the trans page and see this obviously repeated videoloop that appears on the site every day for at least 3 weeks. You would think they would be familiar with it.
CB’s support really need to improve and implement new procedures.

As it has already been pointed out to you, Chaturbate Support have to process hundreds if not thousands of emails and reports. Each one has to go through the process of being investigated. Due to the seriousness of the email / report would depend on how they are being processed.

Some reports are virtually instant and have to be processed within a certain amount of time, some will take longer and as already stated it depends how far along through emails / reports that Support are till when they eventually come to your email / report.

During the weekend this time can be extended due to a skeleton staff that maybe on hand. The Twitter team are virtually the same and can’t always reply instantly like an individual. You’ve also got to remember that just because a site is running 24/7 does not mean Support are on hand 24/7. You’ve always got to allow time for working hours and processing. We would suggest that if you need to make reports, that you make 1 report regarding an account and then move on. If you can’t do this and feel you need to make another report, please ONLY reply to the first reports reply from the auto generated reply. If you make more reports, this will only bog down the system can cause more issues than fixes. In answer to your comment regarding tippers, if a tipper feels they have been cheated due to a ‘looped video’ and they did not receive what they tipped for, they can make a refund request directly to Chaturbate Support. We feel we have answered all your questions & comments regarding this issue, no more can be said regarding it.

You can edit that out if posting, they are still doing drugs on cam even they offer to do lines of coke in their tip menu. As I said in my other post CB support is USELESS. They have been told all this along with screenshots. The entire studio should of been kicked off the site for their shenanigans. Nothing will happen.

As it has already been stated, if a model / broadcaster is clearly breaking the rules / terms of Chaturbate, please report to support@chaturbate.com

The account also is not linked to any studio that can be seen unless the studio has made a separate account.

Please also note that it has already been stated else where that you can report the account and it is then best to move on and not concentrate on them as it will just ruin your experience of the site.

These recordings that looped over and over for a week. Across multiple account were NOT dealt with by CB support. Despite Hundreds of people in each room reporting them using the report abuse function . Sure its the holiday period, but that’s no excuse for the length of time taken. Nothing was done until the CEO was contacted via ACF forum!

Chaturbate are totally negligent in allowing them to run for so long, they scammed thousands of token playing out a loop recording and theres NO excuse for these room not to get a perm ban from the site along with their scamming studio.

Chaturbate allowed the studio to use these accounts scamming people out of tokens , they should have been booted from the site within 30 minutes of being flagged.

They should not treat site members in this way! people expect LIVE performers hence they were tipping thinking it was a live show.

We did understand your message regarding the cams playing a looped recording and tried to cover aspects of the question.

As we pointed out, Chaturbate receives multiple messages / reports each day / week and has to go through all of them and investigate each one. Only once an investigation has been concluded and they then enforce a rule or multiple rules.

It also depends on how many reports Chaturbate support are away from viewing a report you have placed until they can look at a live / recorded stream. Support only then can look at snapshots of a previous stream from that account and compare them both. Sometimes they may need to enter the accounts chat room to confirm if a stream is live or not. They don’t always have the time to do this and it’s all about human error which unfortunately does happen.

We’re glad the CEO of Chaturbate was able to deal with the situation, you’ve just got to remember Chaturbate has thousands upon thousands of live / recorded streams they have to check daily, with that and the thousands of emails they receive there’s always going to be a error occurred due to the human factor.

Yesterday we did see a recorded video that had been playing for approx 30 minutes before it was banned and this was from a verified account. You can imagine the amount of reports that had taken place within those 30 minutes and the emails Chaturbate had received due to the nature of the recording which we are not going to describe.

Chaturbate are so biased and unfair , so many hardworking models got banned for no reason. But over Christmas I see a bunch of Colombian rooms playing a recording, in this recording a transgender orgy happening. Even they are taking cocaine on cam!! They play this video for over 1 WEEK even though people were reporting it every single day. Oh that’s a permanent ban from CB right? they scammed thousands of tokens from people who thoughts its live . But no ! just 2 weeks later they all have their account back! what sort of bullshit scam is Chaturbate operating and what sort of reason that they think this is acceptable. We have spoken to Chaturbate Admins & Support regarding cams that seemed to get banned for no reason on many occasions and have been told that there has been more happening in the background than either most models care to admit and what their fans / viewers actually see or get told.

When a model / broadcaster gets banned and it turns out to be a permanent ban, it normally means Chaturbate has more evidence of either that situation or other occasions where the model / broadcaster has been warned and they have ignored the warnings.

Some bans are classed as perm bans due to the serious nature or the offence, it’s only when this happens that a model / broadcaster or even fans / viewers seem to come up and state regarding other models / broadcasters breaking rules like yourself.

The models / broadcasters that you mention are more than likely being broadcast from a studio account, it is the responsibility of that studio to follow and enforce the rules that Chaturbate dictate.

Studios have the same amount of warnings and bans that independent models / broadcasters have. It may not seem like it but they do get banned.

Early days of Chaturbate there was a function to warn other viewers that a models webcam could be a recording, but some models were falsely reported and it became a huge problem for Chaturbate and models, which is why Chaturbate removed it.

Drug taking while in cam is not allowed and if any model / broadcaster is found to be doing this will receive a warning and if this is ignored they will receive a ban for a certain amount of time. If again this is ignored another warning will be issued then a ban. This is how Chaturbate works and if after a certain amount of bans / warnings are ignored the account is banned permanently.

This is normally when the account holder states they did nothing wrong which in fact is not true.

Regarding a baby bottle, a model can be banned if they are giving the impression they are under the age of 18 or that a child has been clearly seen on the webcam feed. This is when Chaturbate do enforce some of the tougher rules.

When reporting models / broadcasters it is always the best practice to take screenshots to prove when certain acts are seen on a webcam feed. This will give more evidence to Chaturbate so they can enforce the rules on that account.

This all depends how much you have spent, as Chaturbate have limits for Weeks and Months.

If you have gone over your Weekly or Monthly limit you can either wait till the following week or month otherwise you need to confirm your payment details to raise the limit.

A broadcaster I follow was banned very soon after going offline. A few hours later, I noticed the ban had been lifted. I realise that ban durations and the reasons for a ban can vary widely, and I think we all know how trigger-happy CB can be when applying bans, but I’ve never encountered a ban lasting for such a short period of time.

It varies from time to time. It also depends when the ban happens if a model / broadcaster catches Support at the correct time a ban can last no longer than 10 minutes. Specially if the report or ban was made by mistake. Some bans have lasted no longer than 2 minutes when Support gave mistakenly banned the incorrect account.

Looking at your username it seems you know more than what you have stated here. If your friend appeared on your webcam without being verified, your verification will have been revoked until your friend was verified too. Accounts that have been classed as unverified which yours could have been, are more prone to attacks by users who like to report these accounts as ‘underage’. This is more than likely why your account was banned.

Payment could possibly still go through, but it is still are the discretion of Chaturbate.

All we can suggest is waiting for Support to reply to you which can take anything up to 72 hours for a reply.

Sorry no, there is no way of retrieving past models from your follow list that you have deleted unless you check your browser history.

If you have forgotten your account login details you can reset your password via email. This will send a password reset to the registered email on the account. If you don’t have access to the email, you will need to get in contact with support@chaturbate.com and they will look in the account with the proof that you will need to send to them to prove you are the account holder.
