How to unfollow models that have more than a year to broadcast on chaturbate?

It’s the same with any account you follow, you can visit their profile & click on the ‘unfollow’. Unless the account has been banned or removed their account from Chaturbate.

I am a user, screen name reluctantone. I was banned during a private show. I was having a conversation about my depression and some thoughts and I was banned. I did not know this was forbidden conversation. We have been friends for many years, it was an innocent mistake. They banned my other accounts as well. Do you think that Chaturbate might show some mercy. I am a good customer and always conduct myself with integrity. 
Please advise.

You will need to contact support via their form on the support section of the site to find out why your account was banned.

Chaturbate have got to be very careful over certain subjects. Only they can remove a ban, but if an account has been terminated unfortunately they will not remove this & any new accounts will also be banned / terminated.

why i cant send tip to models?

You will need to contact support to have them fix your account as it’s a bug that keeps appearing on accounts.

my account is permanent bann , they ask i broadcast with minor , it s so sad no i don t broadcast with minor , but i do my microphone off , and have a guy who need voice he want to hear my voice , i explaine him but i can t do voice because have a children in my house and if chaturbate hear they voic i will bann . so what is my fault about that . i never broadcast with minor , i m so sad with that

Unfortunately Chaturbate has a strict rule regarding minors, even talking about minors or having minors anywhere near your webcam or even near the room that you’re broadcasting from can & does result in a perm ban.

If there is a chance that a child could be heard Chaturbate will ban your account. Even if you mute the microphone there could be a chance that they could appear on the cam, Chaturbate has to ban the account to stop any chance of them appearing once an account has been reported or even if their system has been detected talking about minors.

It’s very rare that Chaturbate lists any ban where minors are involved.

hello , chaturbate support is to long to answer my email , i was send an email in 30 march 2025 because my account was banned they answer me with this This is an automated response confirming we’ve received your email. A customer service specialist will be in touch soon. Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response. and till now no answer . so what can i do ? thank you

As it’s been nearly a month we would suggest checking your spam box, if still nothing has appeared you would need to reply to the automated message you would have received which you indicated you had received.

State to support that you asked for information regarding a ban on your account, but you have not received any message back regarding the issue.

If you still don’t receive a reply within a week, you could try posting a message on the Ambercutie forum. But only do this as a last resort.

You can be banned for a number of reasons, if you haven’t already we would suggest reading the terms & conditions which includes rules that you need to follow while using the site.

If you haven’t broken a rule for something you have done while on the live show (public or private show), then it’s possible it’s regarding a conversation you’ve had with someone either in public chat or private message.

Otherwise you can be banned due to the area that you come from.

We can only suggest waiting at least a week for. Reply from support & if you still receive no reply, only then send a reply to the message you received from the automated message from the initial message you sent. Please do NOT send a brand new message as this will just create a new ticket number & can push your issue down the line.

Just wondering if I will ever be able to make a new account again as this is my favourite site and have spent thousands on this profile alone, but im not alolowed to create a new account either, please how long am i banned and is there any wya to reverse it?

If you have been banned, you really need to find out why the account was banned. If you make a new account to get around the ban, you will be breaking the terms once again by trying to circumvent the ban which in turn will give you another ban.

Once you get in touch with Chaturbate Support to find out why the account was banned, only then can you work with support to find out if you can be unbanned. That is IF the account hasn’t been terminated.

You will need to fill out a form with Chaturbate to ask for a refund or find out if your ban will be lifted. But depending on the reason for the ban it may not be lifted so you will have to ask for a refund.

Unfortunately not, only models can see who they have blocked & Chaturbate is the only ones that can see if there is an issue.

Users cannot see any list that has them blocked by certain models, only visiting models & receiving an error will you see if you’re blocked.

How is there another user under my broadcasting with me

We can’t understand what you mean regarding this question, unless you’re asking how is there a random user that has gained access to your account?

If this is the case you need to change your password & enable 2 step authentication.
