General Warning for all models.

Scammers are finding new ways to gain access to Chaturbate accounts and stealing tokens.  The latest scam is a copy of the tip note that stated:

Your stream is being copied (with url being provided)

Now the tip note states a message:

A model is complaining about you in their room (url being provided)

Please under no circumstances visit any url that is provided within a tip note or within general chat unless you know for certain it is safe.

If ever anyone does give you a url that looks like it could be for Chaturbate ALWAYS use the Chaturbate url yourself by opening a new tab up and visit https://chaturbate.com/ then add the username at the end, for example:

https://chaturbate.com/cbrules/

To help Chaturbate and yourselves, Chaturbate do ask ALL users to please enable the ‘Two Step verification’.  This will secure your account to only your device of your choice.  Also make sure that your password is a STRONG password (strong password is combination of letters, number and symbol randomly, with at least 15 length (mix uppercase and lowercase).

Example of a strong password:

‘w^Rp3%_O*^~ox%o’

Well that is very odd why shadowban a user? rather than just ban them %100 ? I will just make new account and tell the model whos rooms i mod my new name. Seems a pointless thing from Chaturbate side.

You missunderstand, that is not a shadow ban.  Chaturbate’s shadow ban is different, as your account / profile is not banned but no one can see you talking / streaming.

What you’re describing is a full account ban.  You will have been reported or Chaturbate have discovered that you have broken the Terms of Service and given you a site ban.

This is why it’s better to email support@chaturbate.com to have your acccount unbanned (if possible), as any new account will be banned too depending on the break of the Terms you have committed.

I’m just regular “grey” who mods a few rooms, if i click “MY PROFILE” it comes up saying my room is banned? ive never had a room or broadcast and i dont see any profile settings ! is this normal? I can still use the site without any issues

Without a username there is no way of checking if your room is banned or not.  But when your account is banned, you will see the message you are describing.  You are still able to visit rooms etc but you will not be able to interact with the users / models of those rooms.

Would highly recommend getting in contact with support@chaturbate.com

so it’s been nearly a week and cb support have yet to email me back so I thought I’d pick your brain. on the age verification page, it says that they require a drivers license or passport. but on the support page, it says that they accept military id and government issued id. do you know if chaturbate still accepts military and government issued id for age verification?

From the last communication of Chaturbate, they were still accepting them.  But its best if you email them to check before you submit the ID.

I’ve seen people stream in the forrest and on the beach and i love public sex so would very much like to do the same, bjt at the same time im not interested in getting banned. Are you allowed to stream in places like this if youre sure that theres noone around? Thanks

Streaming your webcam from a public place is NOT allowed.  Streaming from a private property where you have the permission is allowed within reason as long as you have asked and informed Chaturbate themselves.

Please take note that if you still wish to stream from a private property, there can be no chances of anyone seeing you ie: neighbours or the public walking / driving past.

(Some models can also make it seem they are streaming in a public place but it will be a studio or green screen)

I’ve seen natashaa_10 using a big rubber fist toy I thought these are not allowed?? has the rule changed, she has over 200000+ follower so i think they let her do it? even i complained about it to support they didnt even reply.

Take a screenshot of the toy and when its being used, then send them to support@chaturbate.com asking if the toy is allowed to be used while on cam.

Once they reply to you with an answer you can give the details of the room if they answer no.

This way you are asking a question for them to answer rather than reporting straight away.
