Due to the launch of Manyvids own webcam site MVLive, Chaturbate have now implemented full site wide ban on advertising anything regarding Manyvids.
If you try to advertise your Manyvids store profile, the url will be blocked. Please do take care with your profile on Chaturbate regarding this new rule as if you are seen to advertising your Manyvids profile you are risking an official warning by Chaturbate.
As with any warnings from Chaturbate, if you ignore these warnings your account can suffer from a ‘ghosting’ or straight out ban by the site until the profile content is changed.
As stated many times to you, if you have an issue with a certain model actually using a toy that is against the rules, take a screenshot of the actual toy being used and email support@chaturbate.com. They will look into the situation and if needed they will issue either a warning or a ban.
Note that a ban can only last for a few hours or a few days until a model has stated they will not do it again. BUT if the model does continue, their ban or warning will last longer until they receive a full site ban.
If a model has a goal up in their room for a certain amount of tokens then its up to the models if they have a certain amount of time to do that goal.
Some models will state that if the goal is not attained within a certain period they will move to a different goal.
This is not fraud if this is already stated. This is why most models have a tip menu as to work towards a goal that they set for the room at that time.
Only if a model achieves a goal and does not complete that goal is when there is an issue. BUT please note that some tippers will tip a model and say they are not tipping towards a goal & same with models, they will say that some tips that have been received will discount certain tip amounts for a goal.
This is all normally set out by the model. If you are unsure if a model will do anything as stated above before you tip, then please ask the model first.

Please remember, Chaturbate have to go through 1000′s of reports, from genuine and false reports. When a person is broadcasting and IF they receive a report of underage they have to legally take the broadcast down. If a person wants to continue to be on the site after this, they need to be age verified.
It is why Chaturbate is classed as a ‘community’ site, as they try and work closely with the community to make the site better.
Theres many features that Chaturbate work with in the background that helps in preventing certain users from broadcasting.

Music falls under the same ‘Copyright’ section as playing games or rebroadcasting TV programs etc.
If music is going to be played Chaturbate say to play Royalty Free music and to state where the content you are playing in your profile so that you are covered if there are any reports.
Remember, it can be hard for audio thats playing to be confirmed that is maybe copyrighted.
Its a brand new feature that will have the browser send you a notification when a broadcaster comes online IF you give Chaturbate permission to send you notifications via your browser.
