This all depends on your account. If you are an age verified model (accepting tokens) then anyone that is with you has to be age verified too.

Eye masks are allowed to be worn while on cam yes.
Its best to have 5 minutes at the start of a broadcast without a mask, then every 10 – 15 minutes throughout the broadcast. This is just to confirm that you are the person that is verified on the account.
No need to submit new verification photos, unless there is a new person on cam.
As stated, Models are NOT allowed to play recorded material on their streams.
To disable the 2 Step Security:
On your profile click on ‘Settings & Privacy’, next click on ‘View the security centre’.
From here you’ll be able to choose the bottom option which is:
‘2 Step Verification Settings’ Click on this link and you’ll be taken to the option to Disable this feature.
BUT it is HIGHLY Recommended that you leave this feature ON, this is because of the amount of accounts that can be easily hacked into.
Models are not allowed to show recorded content if they are making it seem it is a live webcam.
This can depend on so many aspects of your account & how many tokens you are purchasing at any one time.

When you are tipping tokens, you are sending it as a gift to the Model. If the Model has a list of ‘items’ they will do if they receive that amount of tokens, it is then up to the Model if they wish to perform that said item.
There is nothing stopping you asking a Model this question, it is then up to the Model what they want to do.
What the Rule is actually stating is that, if you state for example:
‘Hey I will send you 150 tokens right now if you do a flash’
So you’re asking the Model to do a flash BEFORE you send the tokens.
