For certain toys, you would need to take a photograph of the toy you wish to use and email support@chaturbate.com to confirm if you are allowed to use it.
Please be aware that even though Support can say that you are allowed, this can change from day to day due to management.
If you’re talking about the spam bots that have their profile pointing to a scam site then yes you can report these accounts to chaturbate & they are thankful for any spam bot that is reported.
Please make a list of the spambots you find and report them to support@chaturbate.com

This is normally due to the models own internet or a server issue.
You can try to resolve this by trying a different browser to see if it works, if not there is not much you can do regarding this until a fix has been issued on the Chaturbate server or the model has upgraded their internet / resolution.
