It’s possible that the account is classed as ineligible due to not being verified.

Verification as in providing your passport / drivers licence / similar photo ID.

I was banned a couple days ago in the middle of a stream and I sent an appeal. Chattur bate support still has not gotten back to me about what I did to get banned or what I can do to fix it to stream again. I was wondering how long a response usually takes and if I’m not able to recover my account will the tokens I cashed out before my ban still get sent to me? I cashed out around 62000 tokens. And what about the tokens I have not cashed out since I was banned? Which was around 14000 tokens. I would really like to get a reply back from support so I can understand what I did wrong and fix it so I can continue to stream! Thank you!

It can take up to a week before support can reply due to the amount of messages they receive.

We cannot state if you will receive the tokens or not depending on why your account was banned. But some have been paid, but others haven’t due to the type of ban they received.

Unfortunately you will have to be patient for support to reply. If you haven’t received a reply after a week, you could reply to the automated reply you should have received. If there’s been no automated reply, wait until a week has passed & ONLY then go to the support section of the site where they have a form that you have to fill out & submit the request for support there. Once you’ve submitted your request for support, wait at least a week for them to reply.

Can we just say, since the last question that was posted we noticed that some felt it was appropriate to attack the person who asked a simple question.

We do not know the full circumstances why the person wants to report their partner, but to take the time to attack them is wrong.

We do suggest to users support their partners where possible, but where we don’t know the full situation we simply answer the question when asked.

As far as we know, it really depends on the reported issue. But Chaturbate generally does not disclose that information.

Depending on the violation they ‘may’ not allow you back on the site. If you keep sending new messages instead of replying to the first ticket, your issue maybe pushed to the back of the queue.

When you send a brand new email instead of replying to the first ticket, this will generate a new ticket number & hence push your inquiry to the back.

Without knowing what the violation is, we can only advise on what you’ve stated. But the private show you mentioned where you said the user spoke positively is very doubtful to be the issue that’s cause your account to be banned IF your account is actually banned.

We say IF your account is actually banned as Chaturbate has ‘Banned’ & ‘Terminated’, if the account is terminated they do not allow you back.

If a model bans you from her room for no reason how long is it for? Are you able to view her room in the future? Cheers!

Models can block you for as long as they want, it can be 3 months, 6 months, a year or even longer. Only they can remove the block from your username.

You will need to ask your studio if they are willing to do this, but most make a new account & transfer the followers to the new account.

You will need to make sure you have the permission of the studio & Chaturbate before you do this. Otherwise you will need to make a new account, but you need to contact support first to let them know you are moving from a studio account to an independent account.

You will need to check with Chaturbate Support, as it’s up to them if you will receive the money. Sometimes they will but there is always a chance they won’t cash out.

I fucked up my NEW girl status, as in I made a profile streamed once and then did not use it for three months and now it is impossible to drive traffic to my room. 
Do you have any solutions for a newbie that is completely new to this and had no idea it was important to stream a lot in the beginning to gain a following? 🙂

I had a model on my second monitor while I was gaming on my other and when I looked over because I noticed the screen kicked me back to the homepage, I saw the model had banned me. I hadn’t even interacted with the room at all so is there any way to report a model for banning for no reason or do they have complete tyranny over their rooms?

Unfortunately it’s the models discretion who they have in their room, if you’re just sat in the room with no interaction some models will kick people.

There could be a chance that a model had clicked on your username & kicked by mistake, but going by what you’ve stated it sounds more likely they have gone through the user list & kicked a number of people.

You cannot report a model for this as they are ultimately in charge of their own room & who can be there. If you don’t interact you can get kicked.
