My partner and I are currently thinking about joining chaturbate as broadcasters. I was reading the Terms and Conditions and have a few questions regarding section 5. Subsection K. We are very much so into very rough sex. Specifically acts that include him slapping me and choking me. Is this against the rules? Also, are there any rules against using food, lets say a cucumber or similar as sex toys?

BDSM is allowed up to a point, but you would need to inform support@chaturbate.com what you intend to perform to receive any clearance for your show.  Anything that breaks the skin and shows blood is NOT allowed.

Using food or anything that is not advertised / sold as a sex toy is NOT allowed.

Chaturbate Terms & Conditions have been updated regarding Alcohol

Section 5.E. stated:

Consumption of alcohol is not allowed.  Performing while intoxicated, whether from alcohol or drugs (prescription, legal or illegal) or alcohol, is strictly prohibited.

i waz moderater for 1 year by a model and in that period she fooled and cheat me more times i must speak very long time to get where i paid for and she do by more people.i say something about that and she dont like but now she banned me after that she lie about something and again a lost almost 2500 tk but she paid back she ask all time for expensive present and when i dont send she banned also i can not nothing anymore how can i stop this model?

This is a hard question as it depends if you’ve received what you tipped for & with you stating that the model refunded the tokens back to you, there’s not much that can be done.

But if you still feel that you wish to complain about the model, you can use the Report Abuse link above the webcam, but as you have been banned from the models room, you would need to email support@chaturbate.com with ALL the details.

Do not forget to include transactions and refunds.

You just tell that it is not allowed to drink alcohol on cb but i see a lot of gils who let guy’s tip for drinking shot glasses with alcohol. Ans saw just on twitter an tweet of an email she recieved from support that it was allowed to drink alcohol on cam if she was not intoxicated.

Chaturbate Support have confirmed that drinking alcohol is NOT allowed and it IS stated in the Help Section of the site that this is NOT allowed:

It is also stated in the Terms that all users have to comply to:

Anyone that is found to be drinking alcohol on cam if tipped for it or not is subject to a warning / termination of their account.
