This is a grey area, a model going into a private show during a ‘goal’ show is not against the rules or terms of the site. But if the model has disconnected and a tipper has an issue after tipping for something that hasn’t been performed, they can email support@chaturbate.com & the issue can be resolved.

I am a model and my account has been banned and i m recieving the message that we have the reasons for that, i dont know what i have done against the rules but i m gona assure that it will not gonna happen again, will th eunbann my account so i can make tokens again

Has the ‘new’ marker (on the thumbnails) been suspended recently, or is it just a server fault?
Its most likely a server fault with all the other issues that have appeared, but an email has been sent to check.

Change in Chaturbate Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions of Chaturbate have once again changed.
The change applies to section 38. Arbitration:
The provisions of this Arbitration Section must be construed as independent of any other covenant or provision of this Agreement; provided that if a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator determines that any such provisions are unlawful in any way, such court or arbitrator is to modify or interpret such provisions to the minimum extent necessary to have them comply with the law.

A new “This account has been deleted” notice has been appearing recently. Is this a euphemism for permanently banned, or an indication that the account has been de-activated or de-registered?
This message appears when the user has deactivated the account, if an account has been banned, it will reflect this with the message:
‘Access Denied. This room has been banned.’
is it illegal to talk dirty the models even if you have no tokens and should you feel guilty if you do with no tokens
As stated before, it is not against the rules of Chaturbate to talk dirty to a model if you do not have any tokens, unless the model has rules of their own room set ie: Dirty Tip notes
Saying that, you do not have to feel guilty not to have any tokens. Its the users own choice if they wish to purchase tokens.
As before just bare in mind that some models prefer you to talk dirty to them in tip notes rather than public chat. Always check with the model first before jumping into dirty talk with the model.
Updated Terms and Conditions
Chaturbate has updated their Terms and Conditions from the following:

Is dirty talk allowed in public chat to a model if you are a only grey user.
Depends on the model you are talking to. Some don’t mind it, but others prefer ‘dirty talk’ in token notes.
If you are a ‘grey’ user & you wish to talk ‘dirty’ to the model check with the model & a moderator if they have one. This will save you being silenced by the model & moderator.

If same details on the passport as the last ID then yes you will be black listed.

My chaturbate account is banned and when i reach out chaturbate they said its banned by legal department. Can i make new account or my IP addressing and my name and ID is banned by chaturbate forever. Please kindly help and reply
If your account has been banned by the Legal department, this could be due to a number of reasons. Sorry to say they will have your ID & IP linked so if you try & make a new verified account this will be banned too.
But it really depends what the actual reason is, you would need to ask. Please note that they are not at liberty to state what the reason is.
