I’ve tried looking back through the history and haven’t found an answer, but I know this had to have been asked a thousand times. It seems that a lot of obviously above 18 exhibitionist cams get banned. Just couples getting off on sharing. Are they being banned for violating TOS? Or are earning models/mods complaining to get them kicked off because they thing they’re sucking up viewers?

Some exhibitionists do get banned for breaking the ToS, but 80% of the time exhibitionists get banned because someone has made a false report.

Exhibitionists are an easy target for false reports.

But in the last few months quite a few verified models have been getting banned for the same reasons.

Word from Chaturbate regarding BDSM:

Light BDSM is allowed. No choking, no rape themes, you cannot break the
skin. If you are going to use wax make sure you are not causing blisters
and stay away from red wax since it can look like blood. If you are
going to use ropes make sure it is not around the person’s neck and that
they are not tied so tight that they may break the skin.

It is a fine line so usually we say to stay away from it.

Just keep in mind, whatever is happening on camera cannot violate
obscenity laws and cannot cause harm to the others who are partaking.

Tried confirming with Support, attached screenshot of email from Support stating that BDSM shows are NOT allowed.

Further email has been sent to confirm on Rope bondage & wax play.

How are the guidelines regarding BDSM stuff interpreted? I know, there is section 5.l of ther terms & conditions, that seem to prohibit it. On the other hand is spanking or even flogginging part of many shows.but in the last 25 hours a room centered around this has been banned and another has been warned. Is there a stricter use of that regulation in use now? what about OhMiShock, i.e. ElectroStimumlation?

BDSM is a grey area in certain parts of the terms.

Spanking / flogging is allowed but as long as no broken skin (cuts or showing blood).

OhmiShock / ElectroStimumlation / Estim is NOT allowed at all.

“I use to broadcast with another account, I change model company now somebody else its using my old account without my authorization. how I make then to stop using my old account? You need to get in contact with support with all the necessary information.” What is the necessary information support needs?

The information that Support needs:

Username, the email linked to that account & the last time you logged into the account.  Plus state all the information you’ve stated here that it was your old account.

But please bare in mind that if the account has been deleted for a certain amount of time, CB does have the right to ‘recycle’ old accounts.

If I change the monthly cost for my fanclub does that change the cost for users who are already in the fanclub – or is their payment cost grandfathered in to the price they signed up at?

From what I remember, the price stays to what they signed up to.

Will have this confirmed with Support.  Please keep watching this for updated answer.

Support have stated that if a model changes the price of Fan Club membership the price that the previous members signed up to stays the same.
