Reading both your 1st & 2nd part, I understand that you have found images on a website that has made a public profile of you & you’re asking if it Chaturbate allow this?
The answer is that Chaturbate do allow Affiliate accounts, but for storing images of actual models / broadcasters on other site hosters ie: another website that is NOT a part of the Chaturbate community – is NOT allowed without the permission of the model / broadcaster.
This HAS been confirmed by Chaturbate themselves. Under the Terms of Chaturbate Affiliate users are NOT allowed to copy or save the images without the permission of the model / broadcaster.
The images should be removed by the web hoster / owner of the site/s, if not they can be requested by Chaturbate or a Representative of yourself.
Hope this helps, if you need anymore help on this matter you can get in touch with me.
Sorry I do not understand what you mean, unless you’re asking why your room was stopped from being able to broadcast (banned), please contact support@chaturbate.com or Direct Message them on Twitter: Official Twitter account
If you are wanting to broadcast with your partner on a verified account ‘Chaturbating’ you need to have your partner verified too. Otherwise your account will be demoted down to ‘exhibitionist’.
But if your account is an Exhibitionist account (non-verified) you are allowed to have anyone over the age of 18 on cam, as long as you follow the rules of the site.
Fake tipping IS against the rules of Chaturbate. Anyone caught using fake tips to try and trick a model into saying it was a genuine tip can be banned for breaking the T&C set out here
If you wish to report a user using a fake tip, you need to report this to support@chaturbate.com with the emote code the user was using. It can help a lot if you have a screenshot of the fake tip being used by the user you are reporting.
