When a user reports a webcam for being underage, Chaturbate cannot take any chances, specially when they are unverified or an ‘Exhibitionist’.
The only way to solve this issue would be to get the account verified to accept tokens.

is it allowed to create more than one account for the same person? i’ve looked through the T&Cs and couldn’t find anything either way. Thanks :)
Yes, you can create more than one account for the same person. But if you are wanting to earn tokens on the accounts, you have to submit the ID on each account that you make.
Where do I clear the list of banned users, and can I select which ones to un-ban?
To clear the list of banned users from your room, select the ‘Settings cog’ at the top of your chat window & scroll down to the links at the bottom.
Please be warned, when you click this it will allow EVERYONE that has been silenced / banned from your room back in and will be able to talk again.
You can NOT select individual users to unban or unsilence.
When a room is ‘de-registered’, it normally disappears from a followed list, but I have some rooms still on my followed list where no room details come up when clicking on them, which seems a bit strange.

There is an old entry in CB’s ‘news and announcements’ section showing how to set a time for Moderator expiration, but I can’t find the setting on the ‘settings & privacy’ tab.
This setting got moved to the ‘settings cog’ within the broadcasting page.
If you and your partner share a couples account on chaturbate, are either one of you allowed to perform alone under that account name from time to time?
As long the person is verified on the account that you wish to perform on – Yes
Just make sure you select the correct gender before you start broadcasting.
Is there a way to ban a person when they have already left my room?
Yes, you can use the following code in the browser you are logged into Chaturbate with:
https://chaturbate.com/roomban/username/modelusername
Just change ‘username’ with the users name you want to ban from your room and ‘modelusername’ with your username and press return / enter to go to the url. You should be presented with a white screen with ‘OK’ top left.
when verifying account for spending limit, why are you asking me credit card details when i’m paying by paypal ?

To answer your question, the reason Chaturbate asks for your credit card details for increasing your spending limit is to stop fraud.
