Sorry, it is my second part question. Do you have any other way to recover account then age verification? Maybe you should think about that for people who’s not interested in tokens, I know few guys who’s banned too also without some real reason. Unfortunately now I can’t chat with friends what I gained there. Thank you.

You can make another account, just open your browser:

1, Clear the cache

2, Clear cookies from your browser

3, Make a new account – WITHOUT email

This should allow you back onto the site for broadcasting.

Hi, I got ban even if I worked everything by rules. My account was not verified because I didn’t know I must to do that and I’m not interested in tokens. I was there for fun and chat only. Also I haven’t nothing to make good quality photos of my ID and myself with ID. Reason of my ban is someone’s report me as underage user, what I’m not. So I have few questions. How it works when someone report some user, is it automatically ban or someone sees account and then make ban.

When broadcasting as an Exhibitionist its very easy to be banned if a user has been reported as Underage, the reason for this is that Chaturbate cannot take the chance that a user is NOT underage.  This may seem strange when you are 20+ or even 30+ age.

But you’ve got to remember that there have been occasions that underage users have been on the site and Chaturbate relies on the community to report these users.

When a number of users report for underage the site will automatically disable the account and ask them to get verified by contacting support (support@chaturbate.com).

If you wish to be verified but NOT accept tokens Chaturbate do offer this for users who wish to do this.  Just email support@chaturbate.com with your details and a link to your profile asking for the acceptance of tokens to be removed.  Your verification details will still be kept on file, so that if you are reported for underage again, you just need to email them back and they will remove the ban from your account.

The best way to be verified is having a photograph taken with a digital camera while holding your ID (passport / drivers licence / government ID that has photo attached) & a copy back and front of the ID – Normally this is a scanned copy.

Three weeks ago, my account has been banned in Chaturbate. For three weeks, I try to find out why. What I have learned so far, the account has been banned because I have uploaded an emoticon that violates your policies.I have uploaded different emoticons. All my Emoticons are still available.I want to know which emoticon violates against your policies. I dont know. Please help me.Would love to be able to understand why I was banned. Theres a number of reasons why your account was banned when it involves Emotes (graphics / emoticons).

It can be from the following:

Adult graphic that some found offensive 

Disgusting graphic

Advertising graphic that violates the ToS

Fake tip which violates the ToS

or a graphic that has been reported, etc etc
