There’s a few of reasons why you may of been banned, the best way to find out is to email support@chaturbate.com

On the last contact with Support – unfortunately yes.

If this is your account you need to contact support@chaturbate.com .  If its not your account there’s no way to find out as support do not discuss other users accounts.

If you haven’t tried another browser, I would recommend trying Chrome, Firefox or Opera.  If you still can not use the full screen mode / resizing mode of the webcams I would suggest contacting support@chaturbate.com as it might be a slight bug in the site.

I see your account has been unbanned, so CB support will hopefully of told you why it was banned.  If not, its normally one of the following reasons:

1, Broken one of the Terms & Conditions of the site, please check the rules.

2, Someone made a false report on the room.

3, It was a glitch of the site.

Its currently a site issue over all browsers and devices.  Support are working on it as we speak.

Exhibitionist accounts normally get banned, specially female accounts, due to other users reporting.  You will need to email support@chaturbate.com with your username, state what happened and ask them why you were banned.  Normally they will ask you to verify your accounts to prove you are over 18.
