A blocked user can still watch your room if they log out of the site. It’s also possible for them to make another account to bypass the block.

If this happens you can report the accounts that the user is using to contact you after you have blocked them by emailing support.

Please take note you only need to send 1 email to support to receive a tick requesting their help. Unfortunately you will need to wait until Support has replied to you, but it’s similar to the ‘unable to tip’ situations a lot of users experience. Only support can fix these issues, if you don’t receive a reply after 72 hours or a week we would suggest replying to the initial email auto reply you will have received regarding your issue.

I decided to make a new account, i found out that the new account is also banned.

Chaturbate has a system in place that they can ban accounts including brand new ones via cookies, IP’s or ID’s if you’re verified.

You will need to email support to find out why you have been banned, it’s also possible that you may have received a termination. If a termination has happened they will not allow you back on the site.

A ban or termination happens when you’ve either been on cam & broke the rules / terms after you had received warnings and ignored them.

Or when you have been chatting in public or in a DM & said something that is against the terms / rules of the site that you agreed to when you made the account.

This kind of question is mostly for Chaturbate to answer, we do know that you’re allowed to have multiple accounts and broadcast from them at the same time, but it has to be from a different view.

But please have this confirmed in writing by Chaturbate BEFORE you start broadcasting as if there’s an issue, you’ve got the email confirming it to back you up.

Please note that an account ban can happen due to multiple reasons, something you did on cam, something you said within public or private chat or someone had reported you.
