Hello, what is the limit of models in one studio account and can I create another one and use them at the same time?

This kind of question is mostly for Chaturbate to answer, we do know that you’re allowed to have multiple accounts and broadcast from them at the same time, but it has to be from a different view.

But please have this confirmed in writing by Chaturbate BEFORE you start broadcasting as if there’s an issue, you’ve got the email confirming it to back you up.

can you unbanned my account please i sent n id and i been caming for months and i didnt do nothing that i know of to get banned nobody but me was in the cam i dont let nobody else in it

Unfortunately we are not Chaturbate, you will need to email support@chaturbate.com for them to look into your account.

Please note that an account ban can happen due to multiple reasons, something you did on cam, something you said within public or private chat or someone had reported you.

Only Chaturbate will have access to why your account was banned.

I didn’t find anything and don’t think it’s a big deal but wanted to start watching Chaturbate models as a couple with my SO. Is this allowed if we just have the same account but I’m the only one who access and they just watch?

Watching models on Chaturbate is allowed for anyone over the age of 18.

If you’re going to be broadcasting at the same time as watching, anyone that appears on the cam needs to be aged verified.

It can take anywhere between 24 hrs to one week, if you have not received any reply after a week we would advise to reply to the automated reply you will have received.

If you send a brand new email regarding the same issue, it can and does push your enquiry to the bottom of the list as it will be a new ticket number.

What’s the difference between banned and terminated? Or is there none

Ban can be from a few hours to weeks or months, but you’re allowed to come back if Chaturbate allow it.

Termination, just means that. Chaturbate has terminated the contract between you and the site. You’re no longer allowed on the site.

Both will receive warnings before any of them happen, so it’s advisable to keep an eye on the site or emails when you receive them.

If the account is just banned and NOT terminated, you’ll be in the queue for a reply. It can take anywhere between 24 hours and 1 weeks depending how busy they are.

If the ban has happened during the weekend it may take a little longer.

DO NOT EMAIL everyday as this will just push your enquiry down the list.

ONLY reply to the automated email reply you will have received IF you have new information that MAY life the ban. If you don’t receive a reply within a week ONLY THEN reply to the email asking for an update.

The username you have supplied is NOT banned, you should be able to stream.

I got this automated email after I got banned from the site:
“The documentation received indicated you may have created your account in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms. Specifically, you accessed the Chaturbate platform prior to turning 18. For this reason, your account was terminated.

Unfortunately you will need to contact support to find out if the account has been terminated or not.

If you have submitted your ID for verification & it clearly states when you were born, Chaturbate will compare this to when the account was made. IF the account was made BEFORE you turned 18 Chaturbate will take this as a violation of the terms as no one under the age of 18 is allowed onto the site.

If this is the case the account will have been terminated which is different to a ban. A ban can be brought back, a termination cannot. This is why Chaturbate states ‘serious violation’.

You would need to explain this to support, as we do not have access to accounts. Please also note that if they have terminated your account, there is a possibility that they will not reply to you once an account has been terminated.
