In June, three subaccounts of my studio’s models were blocked due to “substantial number of complaints from Chaturbate users who believe that they look too young to be on the site”, which looks like a planned assault of the unscrupulous users, because none of the aformentioned models are looking like an underage and none of them tried to pretend to be an underage. We also find it suspicious, that those bans happened within a few days in a row.

Some of those models were broadcasting for over 6 months, had achieved a lot and started to show stunning performances.

Both my studio and aformentioned models are ready to provide any additional info or documents or record videos with the documents. Our goal is productive cooperation with Chaturbate, we are following all the rules of Chaturbate’s policy and are working towards making a good quality content in order to attract more customers and viewers to Chaturbate.

Aforementioned blocked accounts:
Model 1 given (23 years old)
Model 2 given (20 years old)
Model 3 given (18 years old)

Please, help us to solve this case. Our requests to customer service were left unanswered or were copying the initial automatized message that states the reason of the bans. Other than that, models are very pationate about broadcasting on Chaturbate and are willing to continue streaming on this site, since this site is our main platform.

We would be really grateful for any help and advice.

We have looked through Google search for past broadcasts and we could only find 2 of the stated models. Looking at these past broadcasts, the two that were found can be mistakenly be classed as 17 / 18, if Chaturbate receives complaints stating the models appear to be younger than 18 they have to follow their own Terms and Conditions plus California Law. This is even if the model shows their ID to be able to broadcast on Chaturbate.

There have been quite a lot of complaints from past models who have been banned for appearing to be under the age of 18. If Chaturbate Support do not reply, you could try emailing Shirley (Admin & Model Support). Unfortunately as we do not have permission to give out Shirleys email we would advise you to post a message to Shirley (Punk Barbie) on AmberCuties Forum.

Comment: Ive recently purchased tokens and i can’t spend them. i get this message “Unable to send tip. Please contact support.” I’ve contacted the support email address and had no response.

Is this another way to get this sorted quickly? if they will not allow me to spend the tokens. how would i go about getting these tokens refunded?

Unfortunately only Chaturbate can fix this issue as it’s regarding your account. You can either wait for Chaturbate to reply, Tweet to them (which doesn’t always work) or contact Shirley on AmberCuties forum. Support do look at messages on that forum. Please note that if you request a refund via your bank Chaturbate can and do ban users that purchase tokens and then reverse the payments, so we would advise either emailing them again or waiting for a response. If no response comes please contact Shirley (Punk Barbie) on the mentioned forum.

It’s been announced that Chaturbate are going to attend & are sponsors of the first Exxxotica Expo next month. Covid rules still apply.

We personally are surprised that the event is going ahead specially when the ‘3rd wave’ is of covid is starting to be seen in countries around the world. We do understand that every one needs to get back to some kind of normality, but when you have thousands of people attending events it’s better to be safe.

Past history of the events has shown that models attending have been subject to catching viruses after they’ve returned home after the events, with the seriousness of how Covid reacts we personally would of waited until after governments have given some sort of all clear.

All we wish is that models or fans attending these events be safe and carry masks where needed & anti bacterial hand wash. Please also make sure any medical shots / jabs are up to date.

Question: Does CB keep a running record of how many users a broadcaster has kicked out of their room?

Short answer, yes. Below is a screenshot of where the broadcaster can see their ban list. Please also note if a user continues to get kicked / banned from multiple broadcaster rooms, Chaturbate will and do place a ban on the accounts or shadow ban (site silence). A shadow ban is a silence within a room, if a user receives this from Chaturbate they will be silenced for every single room, so a user may believe they are being ignored. Even their tip notes will be silenced.

For quite a few months, we have been receiving emails via this blog as everyone would of seen regarding certain rooms within the ‘Trans’ gender section.

The rooms have not only been playing recorded loops but also taking drugs (cocaine) while on cam (recorded video & possibly live). These rooms have been from Columbia and due to the rules that Chaturbate set out within their Terms & Conditions that every streamer / broadcaster / model / Studio agrees to, these kind of ‘acts’ are NOT allowed as Chaturbate runs under California Law.

Even though in Columbia taking cocaine is legal, the streamer / broadcaster / model / Studio is broadcasting on Chaturbate they have to comply with the California Law. So therefore taking any type of drug while live / recorded on cam is NOT allowed.

Even though we have reported the same rooms to Chaturbate Support (multiple times with the end result of them being banned), someone within Support is allowing the streamer / model / Studio back onto the site. From what we understand the accounts would be terminated due to the amount of bans they have received.

But while stating all of this and from the reactions that Chaturbate Support are implementing (allowing the broadcasters / Studios back onto the site), we have decided not to peruse the situation any longer.

We have been trying to keep Shirley (Admin) in the loop of this situation. But as we’re no longer going to be reporting these rooms due to the multiple times that someone within Support is allowing the accounts back, therefore as we ask that anyone that has been reporting the rooms to us that they refrain from doing so in the future.

If anyone wishes to report these rooms, that they do it through emailing support@chaturbate.com

We do support Chaturbate and hope they actually enforce the rules / Terms & Conditions that they set out. We do understand that a lot of models / Studios have and still do complain about Chaturbate banning accounts while stating they ‘Did nothing wrong’, but as you can all understand, most of the time (98% of the time) the model / Studio have actually broken a rule which they signed and agreed to.

We also would like to ask anyone that uses Chaturbate to view or broadcast live that they take the time and read the Terms & Conditions that you all agree to when using the site. Normally when Chaturbate have enforced a ban / termination of an account they will only do this when they have proof of a rule break in the shape of screenshots, room previews or even room chat which are all recorded on the servers or even sent in via email from a viewer.

On a last note, we would kindly remind models / Studios that playing a recorded loop and asking their viewers for tokens would be a breach of the Terms & Conditions on Chaturbate & also cheating the viewers out of their tokens. Most who view Chaturbate expect a LIVE broadcast and NOT a recorded video. If they wish to watch recorded videos they would watch them from the bio section of a profile or even go to other sites like PornHub.

Could it be that is ALSO a recording?

As we have already stated, if you believe that a stream is a recording, tip 1 token to either say something or do something one cam. This way it will show you if the stream is recorded or not, then you can proceed to either report or move to another room.

Yes we know, we have already passed this information onto Support and also pointed out to them that the account seems to be a stolen account looking at the history of the account.

We also did receive your previous messages regarding a looped video that you had reported before. We can only state to you that if you continue to see recorded loops from certain accounts, it can be reported to Support. The ideal way to find out if a stream is a recorded loop is to tip them 1 token requesting the person do a certain basic act like standing up or touch a certain part of their body to confirm they are not a recording OR ask them to say something on the cam.

Not only does this go some way of proving if they are or not a recording, but it also shows to Support that you requested some proof which goes a long way.
