How do I go by getting a refund?

Now this kind of question can be very difficult to answer.

If you’re asking for a refund because you tipped a model this can depend on a number of factors. But if you tipped a model for a certain request (from a tip menu) and the model declined to do the act from the menu, then MAYBE you can get a refund.

If it’s a refund as you bought tokens in error then you would need to contact support@chaturbate.com

If you are asking for a refund due to a private show you paid for and you got kicked from a private show, then again you would need to get in touch with support with the time and which room it happened in. Please remember Support will check the details to confirm this.

If none of the above happened and you just want a refund because you didn’t like the response from the model you received, then I’m afraid you may possibly not receive a refund, remember tipping tokens is classed as a gift and they always come with some risk.

Tipping is classed as donating, so if you’re willing to tip (donate) to a model then do it, otherwise keep hold of your tokens until you find someone you are willing to do this for.

If you’re wanting to show the game on your webcam stream, then unfortunately you’re not allowed as this can breach copyright.

But if you don’t show the game and only yourself, this maybe allowed.

Yes, if you’re wanting to accept tokens on any account that you appear on the account has to be verified with your ID.

Chaturbate have confirmed the size limits of toys that maybe used on cam and within recorded videos to be sold on the site within profiles or galleries. Any content (photos or videos) that is listed within the profile still falls under this rule.

If you’re unsure if a toy is allowed Chaturbate requests that models to get in touch BEFORE using the toys to stop any issues that may arise.

If you have a url that has the measurements that are officially stated by the manufacturer / website this will need to be sent to Chaturbate so they can confirm if it is allowed.

It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 days for Support to answer an email.

I’m sure its all a made up fantasy scenario made up by the studio however ..its disturbing I think crosses many lines..with sexual underage and incest? You will say step stuff is allowed however in many place people living together in a step family situation is this site has info on the matter

On checking the profile, its ‘step brother and sister’ which is not against the Terms (not blood related).  This is what they call a loop hole within the terms of Chaturbate.

Further information would need to be passed onto Chaturbate.

I’m amazed how intolerant some people here are becoming. It seems that complaining about broadcasters has become very fashionable. There’s a thin line between taking offence and hunting for victims. If you don’t like what a broadcaster is doing or offering, move along to another room – there’s plenty of choice. Live and let live!

Agreed in part.  If you’re not enjoying a models room with what is happening, it is recommended to leave the room and find another one that you may enjoy.

On the other hand, some users / models are not happy when both users & models go against the Terms & Conditions so believe its right to report them.

This can range from a fake tip to abuse in chat & from a model targeting another models audience (stealing tippers) to models using equipment that isn’t allowed.

These are the reasons why Chaturbate have Terms that all users / models need to abide by or extra rules that are set out in the Support section.  If a user / model breaks any of these they have no one to blame but themselves.  If they are going to state that other users / models are doing the same but nothing happens to them, it’ll be normally the following reasons:

1, Chaturbate have not been notified of the infraction.

2, Chaturbate are in process of dealing with the infraction.

3, Chaturbate have issued a warning, but user / model has ignored the warning.

This time its her CB video for sale in the profile hows that even allowed? aren’t all videos submitted checked by CB?

Information has been passed onto Chaturbate. It’s possible that the content in question was confirmed BEFORE the fisting rule was brought in and Chaturbate haven’t been informed that the model in question was still able to sell it.

Chaturbate are supposed to have a team that check content that is submitted for sale in galleries, but some content may slip through due to how the model names the content.

Room checked and could only see references to ‘dirty videos’ nothing stating what the content was. As stated before, it’s best to send any screenshots if the model actually states what the content is within the videos they are selling.
