Regarding terms of service 14. Tipping c). Am I allowed to ask a model for a price to do something, even though it is not listed in the bots/app advertisor? ie.: “Do you have this item? If so, how much to put it on? *posts image of the item*” and they respond 50, and I tip it for them to put it on. Will my account get a lifetime ban?
If a model / broadcaster does not have an item on their ‘Tip menu’ you are allowed to ask and it is up to the model / broadcaster if they wish to answer the question. There is nothing in the Terms that disallows them from doing this. So to answer your question, no you won’t receive a lifetime ban for this.
Favouritism shown to certain models over rule breaking. so. Just seen <model name given> being fisted by another girl while she recorded the act on can . Then proceeding to sell said video on the site via tip and file sent to users email. Complaint sent via report abuse and email page. I’m sure you know the result… Nothing!!
Chaturbate Support can take anything from 24 – 72 hours to reply to emails, plus with it being the weekend and the Exxotica happening this weekend Support will be slower than normal.
If you have sent all the proof including screenshots they will investigate and issue a warning to the model in question.

I have a question about verification. I’m from Europe/Poland. I wanted to verify my account, so I sent a photo of my ID, but I covered the ID number. Support has rejected the photo, asking for a not covered ID number. I sent the correct photo with my photo, full name, date of birth, expiration date and ID number. (it’s goverment accepted ID in Poland). Support rejected the photo again and said that I can only verify my account with a passport.
But I do not have a passport. What can I do about this? I do not want to specifically make a passport for chaturbate.

If you have a drivers licence this is accepted as long as it’s got your photograph on it.
Chaturbate only allow ID’s that have a photograph on them ie: government ID, Drivers Licence or passport. This is to prove you are the person of the account and ID, they can’t issue verification without this due to security and payments.
When will you explain why <model name> hasn’t been banned for fisting her ass always? How many days did she need to be reported before CB do anything?
All we can do is supply information and reports to Chaturbate for ToS violation, it is up to Chaturbate when they issue warnings and bans on models accounts. A question was asked how many warnings before bans are implemented, but Chaturbate will not release this information. They do say it depends on certain violations when a ban will be implemented on accounts.
Hello i just started with chaturbate with 2 friends of mine. now we need to age verify. but 2 of the 3 get denied 1 because they from switzerland and support told me something like they will only take verification from switzerland if its a picture of the pasport instead of the ID. Is there any way around this, cause we have swiss ID & swiss Driver license but no passport. for the second person, she comes from white russia. when sending the id verification, they say that as of right now they dont allow people from this region to join. but she doesnt live in white russia anymore now aswell lives in switzerland (with a valid residence permit.) Is there any way to get both of these people verified on chaturbate or not.
Unfortunately Chaturbate require photo ID to confirm the person who is going to appear on cam is the person that has the ID submitted and is over the age of 18.
Regarding Russia, the only round this is for your friend to apply for an ID like a drivers licence in the country they live in now that has the photo of them on the ID.
well it seems my account has been banned, can you get permanently banned for falling asleep on cam???
Unfortunately if you’ve ignored warnings from Chaturbate regarding sleeping on cam, they will issue a ban on your account. You need to email support@chaturbate.com & state that you’re sorry for falling asleep and it won’t happen again. Hopefully Chaturbate will restore your account.
If they won’t restore your account and state its permanently banned this will mean you have received more warnings / bans for other rule breaks and not only sleeping.

Looking at the broadcast, it appears they were doing 4 fingers and keeping the thumb outside. This is not a breach of the ToS and therefore allowed.
As stated before, if you believe someone has broken the ToS please email them at support@chaturbate.com with any proof of the breach. Support do reply but it may take a few days for the reply to arrive.
