You can block countries via your ‘Settings & Privacy’ & saving when you have finished deciding which countries to block. You can check to see if this setting has taken effect by visiting your own profile via another browser that you are NOT logged into.
You should see the following message:
‘Access Denied. This room is not available to your region or gender.‘
Once this is confirmed you may still have users from your own country, but this is down to users using a VPN to bypass the block that you have enabled.
Due to a follower of CBRules asking for a clarification on section 5.F of the Terms, an email was sent to Chaturbate asking for the clarification on this specific rule.
The answer is as follows:
Step Brother / Step Sister is allowed in real or theme rooms as they are not blood related.
Rooms that however insinuate that a blood relation (sister, brother, mother or father) is in the same room while the broadcaster is on cam in a position of sexual masturbation is NOT allowed.
Chat within a room talking in relation of ‘incest’ is NOT allowed.
Any user or broadcaster that in found to be in violation of the section 5.F rule can receive a warning (Chaturbate asks the broadcaster prevent in future broadcasts this type of show) or even bans the account if violation continues.

Sorry but no it does not go over my head, there are plenty of usernames that could class as a break in the ToS.
There are also plenty of themed shows that appear to show for example: Showing someone working in an office where they state other person does not know or Friends in a room that don’t know the cam is on.
What you’ve got to understand is, most are just that, a setup / theme. Most of the time everyone that appears on cam are verified, if they weren’t verified they wouldn’t be allowed to be on cam. There is also the chance that no one that is on cam is related in any way, this is when its classed as a theme show and stating ‘step’ brother or sister so does go close to breaking the ToS but doesn’t.

Any model who wish to appear on another models verified account need to be verified on every account they appear on. Otherwise Chaturbate will remove verification on the account that the person appears on that they’re not verified on.
