What is the rules regarding model roomnames? recently I saw a room called (model name given) in which the girls were dressed alike and looked alike.
Even if they aren’t related isn’t this type of thing catering to an incest type fetish and therefore against the t&c of Cb?
This is a difficult question as some models will like each others style and can copy it. But this does not mean they are related.
IF a model/s are actually stating they are actually related by blood ie: sisters or brothers etc and performing a sexual act together only then can a model be reported for incest type fetish.
Otherwise they won’t be breaking any ToS with Chaturbate for appearing to have the same appearance.
So many models ( female and male ), use cheap and small kegel eggs instead of real lush. Why? Because it’s much cheaper, smaller, no makes problems with discharging, disconnection. They scam us with fake reaction on tip. They run app for lush, have a lush tip menu in chat – but they haven’t a REAL lush by Lovense. It’ pretty easy to see a differences: Look on the tail of kegel’s eggs: it’s more thin, shorter and more flexible, the end of tail is different then real lush has. Nothing about toy reaction in chat after tips received. Why CB allow to fool around us to those scammers? Of course, I reported in chats, sent away a few reports to CB’s support – never got the answer back.
Plus take note that Support can take roughly 1 – 3 days up to a week to reply to emails & maybe longer due to the Christmas period.
On the subject of models ‘faking’ a reaction while they are using the kegel weights, you can ask a model to show you the Lush just to confirm it is the actual Lovense Lush. If a model is not willing to show you the toy, you don’t have to tip.
Please see the examples of the Lovense Lush v1 & v2 with what the Kegel weights. They do look very similar but please note that the Lush antenna has a distinctive look.
Regarding an enquiry into the uses of Skype, Twitch & any offline payments (CashApp for example), Chaturbate have stated the following:
Users are NOT allowed to advertise CashApp or any other money transfer sites.
Sending, receiving or requesting offline payments (Paypal, CashApp, WU) is a serious violation of our Terms of Service.
Users/broadcasters advertising or requesting either of these should be reported.
Since Twitch is not an adult streaming service, it is not a competitor and broadcasters are allowed to link to it. Regarding Skype, if you’re using it to supplement your broadcast income and charge tokens to do so, that is not necessarily an issue in and of itself. As we’ve mentioned to you before, Skype is blocked in chat to mitigate spam accounts solely created to move users off CB — e.g., accounts that flood all chatrooms with unsolicited and repetitive invitations to move over to Skype
So what this means is that you’re not allowed to request money from outside of Chaturbate when using Chaturbate, if you do you are risking your account from being banned.
Plus if you’re selling ‘Skype shows’ via tokens on Chaturbate, this IS allowed but NOT recommended as Chaturbate cannot cover you for any loses or issues that you may face from doing these shows.
You ARE allowed to advertise Twitch account on Chaturbate as it is not regarded as an adult webcam site or competitor. Other sites that are classed as adult (streaming webcams) sites are NOT allowed to be advertised on Chaturbate with the exception of Pornhub which is NOT operating its own webcam site unlike MyFreeCams, Cam4, Streamate & ManyVids etc.
We hope this clarifies the issues that some models & users have had.
Some users have Ben enquiring over using PayPal as an option to purchase tokens. Some users do have this as an option and others won’t have this, this is due to when they made their account on Chaturbate.
If you made your account before July 2016 the. You WILL have this as option, but if you made the account AFTER July 2016 then you WON’T have this as an option.
Hope this clears up any enquiry that some users will have.
I wasn’t asking for a reply back from Cb about the model who was clearly breaking the t&C of the site only informing them so they could take action. You could look at the profile yourself and see its blatent as hell and didn’t need any further discussion. Oh and the profile and account is still up.
Chaturbate have banned the account until this is changed, the model has also been issued a warning.
I know the payout period is the 1-15th and 16-31st. Is it like 15th until end of day? Like if i broadcast on the 15th what time do i have until to convert my tokens to get it for the 22nd payment? And what time-zone?
To the 15th is until the end of the business day – California time as Chaturbate HQ is based in CA. You will have a timer for when your tokens need to be cashed out on your token stats page.

The profile is full of stuff that breaks cb terms of usage things like scat shows and skype etc. even the model was sniffing a white powder from a small plastic bag clearly drug usage. I have reported this model and even given a screencap. but CB did nothing ? has CB given up enforcing their own rules
If you’ve reported a model for clearly breaking the Terms of Service / Rules to Chaturbate Support including screenshots of the clear break, please give them time to reply to you. This can range from a few hours to a week. This is due to the amount of emails that Support receive from users & models regarding issues.
But saying that, if you don’t receive an email reply regarding these issues after a week, please reply to the automatic reply bot that you received as Support normally reply after that.
To answer the enforcing rules, Chaturbate are still enforcing the rules from giving warnings to actual banning. Please note that a ban of an account, can range from ‘ghosting’ (the user is allowed on the site but can’t interact with users), a minimum ban (this is virtually a time out from using the site and their profile shows banned) or a full right out site ban.

This part is not really a rule, but a guide of what Chaturbate is looking for regarding ID’s and photographs to help with your verifications.
Copy of ID
The main two forms of ID that Chaturbate are expecting are Passport or Drivers Licence. If you have not got any of these but another form of identification that has your up to date photograph on it, you will need to email support@chaturbate.com to see if it will be allowed. If it’s not allowed then submitting it as your verification would be a waste of your time and Chaturbate’s time.
The best and sure way of getting your ID to be verified is to use a scanner. This can be from a local library or even a cheap ‘All-in-one’ printer. Once this is scanned in you can see it will be a very high quality picture that Chaturbate are after. They can then see all the relevant information that they need and to see that the ID is genuine.
If you haven’t got access to a scanner for what ever reason, it is possible to take a photograph of your ID, but PLEASE do NOT have a flash enabled for taking the photo with either your cellular / mobile / camera as this can cause a lot of issues with seeing all the information that is required on the ID.
Ideally you would lay the ID in a very well lit area that causes no reflections on the ID or while you are taking the photo. The ID has got to be clear as you’re seeing it in person.

Once you have got your copy of the ID, the next step is to stand with the ID at the SIDE of your face. Some do the mistaken way of the ID is partially covering their face or even a hand / hair covering their face too.
Make sure that when you do take this photo that NOTHING is covering your face at all. This is so that Chaturbate can compare the ID with the person that is holding their ID (( Just like they do at airports )).
As always, the higher quality the photo is the better it is for Chaturbate to process your verification.
I hope that this covers every base for you to have a positive & easy verification process. Just remember that any slightest movement in the photographs can cause a verification to be refused.
