Playing recorded content & passing it off as a live broadcast is not allowed, but if the model has stated that the recorded content is for sale for example as a preview, they can only do this for a short period.

Chaturbate have now released a new feature for models.
You can now see a list of ‘Silenced’ & ‘Banned’ users for your room. This list shows you which users have been silenced and banned, but also gives you the options of converting these silenced users into bans & also permanent bans or even back into silences.
Plus with 1 small added feature, you can also add a username into a ban BEFORE they even enter into your room.

Due to the launch of Manyvids own webcam site MVLive, Chaturbate have now implemented full site wide ban on advertising anything regarding Manyvids.
If you try to advertise your Manyvids store profile, the url will be blocked. Please do take care with your profile on Chaturbate regarding this new rule as if you are seen to advertising your Manyvids profile you are risking an official warning by Chaturbate.
As with any warnings from Chaturbate, if you ignore these warnings your account can suffer from a ‘ghosting’ or straight out ban by the site until the profile content is changed.

As stated many times to you, if you have an issue with a certain model actually using a toy that is against the rules, take a screenshot of the actual toy being used and email support@chaturbate.com. They will look into the situation and if needed they will issue either a warning or a ban.
Note that a ban can only last for a few hours or a few days until a model has stated they will not do it again. BUT if the model does continue, their ban or warning will last longer until they receive a full site ban.
