Are models allowed to play music in the background during a broadcast or is this a violation of TOS if it’s not royalty free
Music falls under the same ‘Copyright’ section as playing games or rebroadcasting TV programs etc.
If music is going to be played Chaturbate say to play Royalty Free music and to state where the content you are playing in your profile so that you are covered if there are any reports.
Remember, it can be hard for audio thats playing to be confirmed that is maybe copyrighted.
A new feature seems to be operating when pressing a ‘follow’ button, with the popup message: “Would you like to receive browser notifications when a broadcaster you follow comes online?” Is this merely a restatement confirming that a follow will appear in a followed set of thumbnails, or is the message referring to a new method of ‘browser notification’?
Its a brand new feature that will have the browser send you a notification when a broadcaster comes online IF you give Chaturbate permission to send you notifications via your browser.
Im not talking about videos of a model, im talking about ANONV having an affiliate traffic page embedded on their site showing a live stream from chaturbate. Why do they allow this, considering how much content ANONV steals. Why has this account not had affiliate linking disabled. its the bottom of their homepage
Chaturbate Support have stated that they know about the site and they allow it as they can get in touch with the owner for content removal.
You told us CB would deal to anonv having an affiliate feed embedded on their page. It still exists!
Chaturbate have stated that if a model see’s any of their content on the site that you have mentioned, the model can email support with the urls and they will pass the request onto the site for removal as they will have the email and the account holder details on file.
If the site does not remove the content, Chaturbate has the power to have the Affiliate account removed.

Bondage is allowed to a point, as you have stated ‘as long as skin is not broken’.
Ball gags & floggers are allowed, though hand cuffs can be a grey area.
Chaturbate may need an email to confirm what kind of show you are planning on so they have prior warning. Depending on the show you are going to be doing, Chaturbate may need to place a note on your account so that if any reports are made they will know that you have permission for certain acts.

Chaturbate have said that ‘Exhibitionists’ are allowed to show nudity, the term ‘EXHIBITIONIST’ is a user that broadcasts but is not aged verified so therefore is unable to accept tokens. If a person wishes to accept tokens they MUST get age verified.
If a person is found to be underage they need to be reported via ‘Report Abuse’ or email support@chaturbate.com

‘Exhibitionist’ section just means that the person can’t accept tokens, but they CAN be nudity in their stream. If a person is found to be underage the account does and will always get banned.
Put it this way, if nudity was not allowed by ‘exhibitionists’ then hundreds of male broadcasters wouldn’t be allowed to show their nudity & be banned all the time. The male section is mainly populated by nude ‘exhibitionists’.

Nudity IS allowed, anyone that tells you different is incorrect. ‘Exhibitionist’ section just means that you can’t accept tokens, but please beware that you are more susceptible to false reports.

How many accounts are you allowed to have and how many can you broadcast on at the same time?
Chaturbate recommend only having 1 account, but you are allowed to have 2 accounts broadcasting at the same time as long as they have different views.
Please take note that if you broadcast the same view (using 1 webcam on two accounts) you may receive a warning as this is not allowed.
