To do a wire transfer, you need Chaturbate’s bank details, just email support@chaturbate.com and they will supply the information to you.

For purchasing tokens, this can range from user to user, but if you go over your spending limit of transactions allowed Chaturbate will not allow you to purchase anymore tokens for 24 hours / 1 week or 1 month.  The limit depends on how much you have bought.

You will see what your spending limit is for transactions as shown, you can lift the limit by raising the limit which you get awarded with 200 free tokens.

This means your account has an issue and you need to contact support@chaturbate.com to resolve the issue.

Simple answer is Yes, masks are allowed on Chaturbate.

When a male is on cam, your room needs to be in the couple section as its two genders on cam.

Anyone that is on cam even if you can’t see their face, they still need to be verified lol.

You can advertise Tumblr & Twitter accounts, but you can’t advertise websites that offer webcam services.

Theres two ways you can advertise these:

1, Advertising in your bio with the following html code:

2, Adverting the links via icons at the side of your webcam like others do:

If its in regards to your own room, then you would need to contact support for the reason for the ban.

If its another room ie: models or a friends room,  There is no way you can find out, it would only be done by guess work.
