Without knowing the situation, there could of been a complaint made against your account and that is why you’ve been banned.
Its better to get in contact with Support@chaturbate.com with all details and information you can supply to them.
Try and keep calm and reply to them each time until you know whats happened or when the ban has been lifted. Please bare in mind that sometimes the emails can end up in their spam box.
As always stay relaxed when replying to them, as getting angry wont solve anything and if it shows that you are trying to help the site to be better, they will help you more 😉
Because she was banned and you’ve logged into her account, both of your IP’s and accounts have now been linked. This is why you have now been banned.
You will both need to get in contact with support@chaturbate.com to have this fixed. Plus it depends why she has been banned if she can get her account back.
This is a grey area, you would need to check with Support to confirm this, but from my understanding Keno, Request menu’s and other apps / bots that award prizes to the tipper are allowed.
The wording of the Terms seem to state that if a USER promises to give a tip in exchange for a performance (performance by the model) is prohibited.
Plus a user giving a tip on a keno / award app/bot IS voluntary. There is no guarantee they will receive anything.
My recommendations are: 1, high quality photo of you holding the ID, 2, making a scan of the ID – then uploading to CB. If this does not work, email support@chaturbate.com and ask for help. They sometimes do allow verifications through email, just remember to include your username and details.
You are allowed to link to tumblr, twitter and social sites including your own website. But linking to websites that offer webcam broadcasts are NOT allowed.
