How is it fair that a model can remove the videos you “buy?” Shouldn’t they say you just “rent” the videos until the models decide to delete them?

All of the videos I’ve purchased from model’s pages are no longer in ‘my collection’ – has this happened to anybody else?
This is normal when a model decides to remove the videos / images that they have uploaded. I would suggest either contacting the model and inquire with them. Otherwise contacting support.

I just was banned few min ago for the reason i guess : Broadcast in same time on 2 account on same PC. I still receive my money?i was permanently banned?btw i email to support but until i get answer i want to know if i have any solution to be forgiven,thanks :(
Depending on the ban I’m not sure. You would have to check with support, but from my understanding the tokens get frozen when a ban occurs. I haven’t heard of someone getting banned for broadcasting on two accounts, but it could be a hidden rule, though highly doubt it. All depends what you were doing on cam to be banned as there’s quite a few rules. Please check the posts here for all the rules I’ve come across and see if any of them could be it.
Hi, I’m the same guy from a couple days ago asking about the refund stuff etc? Well I waited a couple more days like you said, sent support another email (didn’t hear back of course) and so I decided to email billing@chaturbate asking them for a refund of the tokens not used on my account because I was banned without reason and they just keep replying with the stock message ‘As you can see your account with the community has been terminated’. I’m getting REALLY irritated right now so help please
I’m sorry to hear you’re not having much luck in getting an answer from Support / Billing. All I can suggest is that you either inform them that you need a refund for the tokens you have still had in the account or you get in touch with your bank.
I could suggest emailing them back stating:
Yes I know my account has been terminated for for an unknown reason that no one has explained to me, but I had tokens in my account and would be grateful for the refund.
Unfortunately I can’t get in touch with Support on your behalf as they are not allowed to discuss user accounts with a 3rd party. I have however asked that they could add in some sort of system that explains what the reason for termination and the proof of the violation in the future.
is there a possibility to see which cams a specific model is watching?maybe a good it prffesional has writen a search code or an algorithm. i dont mean the normal search function to find a member. i wanted to find out in which rooms a specifi model is at the moment
There is no way to search for a certain person like that. The only way that you can find out who a model is watching is to go person by person on the userlist or asking the model themselves.

Well yes, I have been emailing them since last Friday now. They won’t reply, not to even say WHAT I apparently did… And I know they are either ignoring the email that account is linked to or have just blocked the email because I mailed them off a different email just the other day and got a reply within the hour… So basically, they’ve stole my money – blocked my account and now won’t even tell me what it is I have apparently done. Is there anything else you can do to help please? I’m begging
All I can suggest is give them another day to reply, if they haven’t replied send one more email – keeping calm while asking what has happened to the account.
If they still don’t answer – email billing asking for a refund of the tokens you havent spent as you’re account has been banned for unknown reason.
