This part is not really a rule, but a guide of what Chaturbate is looking for regarding ID’s and photographs to help with your verifications.

Copy of ID

The main two forms of ID that Chaturbate are expecting are Passport or Drivers Licence.  If you have not got any of these but another form of identification that has your up to date photograph on it, you will need to email support@chaturbate.com to see if it will be allowed.  If it’s not allowed then submitting it as your verification would be a waste of your time and Chaturbate’s time.

The best and sure way of getting your ID to be verified is to use a scanner.  This can be from a local library or even a cheap ‘All-in-one’ printer.  Once this is scanned in you can see it will be a very high quality picture that Chaturbate are after.  They can then see all the relevant information that they need and to see that the ID is genuine.

If you haven’t got access to a scanner for what ever reason, it is possible to take a photograph of your ID, but PLEASE do NOT have a flash enabled for taking the photo with either your cellular / mobile / camera as this can cause a lot of issues with seeing all the information that is required on the ID.

Ideally you would lay the ID in a very well lit area that causes no reflections on the ID or while you are taking the photo.  The ID has got to be clear as you’re seeing it in person.

Once you have got your copy of the ID, the next step is to stand with the ID at the SIDE of your face.  Some do the mistaken way of the ID is partially covering their face or even a hand / hair covering their face too.

Make sure that when you do take this photo that NOTHING is covering your face at all.  This is so that Chaturbate can compare the ID with the person that is holding their ID (( Just like they do at airports )).

As always, the higher quality the photo is the better it is for Chaturbate to process your verification.

I hope that this covers every base for you to have a positive & easy verification process.  Just remember that any slightest movement in the photographs can cause a verification to be refused.

New Warnings: Tip notes

General Warning for all models.

Scammers are finding new ways to gain access to Chaturbate accounts and stealing tokens.  The latest scam is a copy of the tip note that stated:

Your stream is being copied (with url being provided)

Now the tip note states a message:

A model is complaining about you in their room (url being provided)

Please under no circumstances visit any url that is provided within a tip note or within general chat unless you know for certain it is safe.

If ever anyone does give you a url that looks like it could be for Chaturbate ALWAYS use the Chaturbate url yourself by opening a new tab up and visit https://chaturbate.com/ then add the username at the end, for example:

https://chaturbate.com/cbrules/

To help Chaturbate and yourselves, Chaturbate do ask ALL users to please enable the ‘Two Step verification’.  This will secure your account to only your device of your choice.  Also make sure that your password is a STRONG password (strong password is combination of letters, number and symbol randomly, with at least 15 length (mix uppercase and lowercase).

Example of a strong password:

‘w^Rp3%_O*^~ox%o’

NEW FEATURE

Chaturbate have now released a new feature for models.

You can now see a list of ‘Silenced’ & ‘Banned’ users for your room.  This list shows you which users have been silenced and banned, but also gives you the options of converting these silenced users into bans & also permanent bans or even back into silences.

Plus with 1 small added feature, you can also add a username into a ban BEFORE they even enter into your room.

Manyvids & Chaturbate

Due to the launch of Manyvids own webcam site MVLive, Chaturbate have now implemented full site wide ban on advertising anything regarding Manyvids.

If you try to advertise your Manyvids store profile, the url will be blocked.  Please do take care with your profile on Chaturbate regarding this new rule as if you are seen to advertising your Manyvids profile you are risking an official warning by Chaturbate.

As with any warnings from Chaturbate, if you ignore these warnings your account can suffer from a ‘ghosting’ or straight out ban by the site until the profile content is changed.

Important Announcement Regarding Payments

Chaturbate have asked to pass this message onto their performers regarding the payment issues that most have experienced.

We at Chaturbate appreciate the frustration that some of our broadcasters
who used FirstChoicePay as their preferred payout methods are going
through. Ever since the FirstChoicePay debacle, we have been working
around the clock to provide broadcasters who formerly utilized
FirstChoicePay with an acceptable alternative payment mechanism. Although
we are very pleased that new alternative payment methods that we have
initiated are now up and running, we are still experiencing some delays
during the transition process.

Regarding wire payment delays, we have been assured that the minority of
wire payments that failed should be cleared up in the next several days.

Bad Dragon Toys & Chaturbate

Its Officially been announced that between Chaturbate & Bad Dragon, that Bad Dragon toys are now allowed to be used while broadcasting.

BUT please note that some of the Bad Dragon toys are STILL against the terms of the site.  The following Bad Dragon toys are NOT allowed to be used on Chaturbate:

Austin, Bumblehooves, Chance, Cole, David, Diego, Duke, Fenrir, Kona, Razor, Rex, Slepnir, Snep, Tucker, Tyson, David’s Muzzle, Gala, Hazel, JT, Leilani, Mary, Natascha, Perry, Rowan, Snowball, Sugar Star, Twitch, Chance’s Sheath, David’s Sheath, or Magnus’ Sheath

Also when choosing your Bad Dragon toy, that you take in the rule of the Overly Large Sex Toy rule that Chaturbate has.

All models cannot be 12 inches or longer in length and cannot be wider than a soda can

This rule is STILL in effect when choosing ANY sex toy that you wish to use.
