Bad Dragon Toys & Chaturbate

Its Officially been announced that between Chaturbate & Bad Dragon, that Bad Dragon toys are now allowed to be used while broadcasting.

BUT please note that some of the Bad Dragon toys are STILL against the terms of the site.  The following Bad Dragon toys are NOT allowed to be used on Chaturbate:

Austin, Bumblehooves, Chance, Cole, David, Diego, Duke, Fenrir, Kona, Razor, Rex, Slepnir, Snep, Tucker, Tyson, David’s Muzzle, Gala, Hazel, JT, Leilani, Mary, Natascha, Perry, Rowan, Snowball, Sugar Star, Twitch, Chance’s Sheath, David’s Sheath, or Magnus’ Sheath

Also when choosing your Bad Dragon toy, that you take in the rule of the Overly Large Sex Toy rule that Chaturbate has.

All models cannot be 12 inches or longer in length and cannot be wider than a soda can

This rule is STILL in effect when choosing ANY sex toy that you wish to use.

Regarding Fisting Toys

Please take note that using a ‘Fisting toy’ is against the rules & Terms that everyone signs up to when joining the site.

Fisting toy is classed as an imitation hand that represents a hand either in a clasped hand (fist) or just a hand.

If a model is found to be using one by either Support / Admins or they are reported, models will receive a site warning.

If a model ignores the site warning & continue to use the toys while on cam or within a video that is uploaded to the site, you are risking your account from being banned.

Pee & Bad Dragon

Question was asked regarding Pee shows on Chaturbate, if a user / model states these shows are allowed they are incorrect.  Chaturbate do NOT allow these kind of shows at all and they are in violation of the Rules & Terms of Service that users & models signed when they joined Chaturbate.

Question regarding Bad Dragon dildo’s, these adult toys ARE allowed on Chaturbate at this moment in time as of December 2017.

Change in Chaturbate Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions of Chaturbate have once again changed.

The change applies to section 38. Arbitration:

The provisions of this Arbitration Section must be construed as independent of any other covenant or provision of this Agreement; provided that if a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator determines that any such provisions are unlawful in any way, such court or arbitrator is to modify or interpret such provisions to the minimum extent necessary to have them comply with the law. Not withstanding any provision of this Agreement relating to under which state’s laws this Agreement is to be governed by and construed under, all issues relating to arbitrability or the enforcement of the Agreement to arbitrate contained herein are to be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. 1 et seq.) and federal common law of arbitration.

Updated Terms and Conditions

Chaturbate has updated their Terms and Conditions from the following:

38. After Termination or Cancellation. You accept that when you cancel your membership with the Service you will be automatically deleted from and locked out of the Service.  You will be  unable to access your account on the Service.  You also agree and accept that upon cancellation your account, any mail and all other membership materials will be immediately deleted from the Site andService and that such information is irretrievable.

To now:

Rules regarding Dragon / Fantasy / Animal Dildo’s:

Support have confirmed that Animal Dildos are completely BANNED !!

Dragon / Fantasy Dildo’s:

Support have stated that these kind of dildo’s are allowed as long as they are within the rules of the over-largely sex toys ie: no bigger than a soda can (coca-cola drink can) (circumference) and no longer than 12 inch’s in length.

But a word of caution… Quote: ‘You may want to stay away from any dildos resembling an animal form such as the “tentacle”’

Terms & Conditions has been updated

Section 28:

You are responsible for rejected payments and any related fees that we incur with respect to your account. Effective October 17, 2015 we no longer accept payment by check. Any and all checks received by us will be destroyed or returned to you as we may determine in our sole discretion. We will continue to accept payments by ACH.
