Hi, I’m reaching out to ask for advice regarding my account situation. My account was recently banned, and I still haven’t received a clear explanation of what rule I may have violated.

I streamed using a friend’s account while my verified account was connected as a guest active account. After about 3 hours, there was a notification saying one of the linked guests became inactive, which was my main account. When I checked it (I hadn’t logged in for about 5 months), I found out it had been banned that same day.

I didn’t intend to break any rules, so I’m really trying to understand what might have happened. Based on your knowledge of CB rules, could you share any insight or advice on what I should do next? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Please select “Account” & choose the option “My account was banned”.

Give as much detail as you can, support ‘should’ reply within 72 hours to 1 week depending on how busy they are. But a ban can range from multiple reasons that are listed within the terms of the site & rules listed within the support pages.

IF you have already messaged support, you’ll need to wait for them to reply. If they have already replied, they should have stated what the ban was for.
