If your account has been banned due to underage your IP / email will be flagged by Chaturbate, so if you try and make another account the new account will be banned too.
Verification is the way to have an account unbanned for being flagged as underage.

It can take anywhere between 24 hours and a week for support to reply, it all depends on how busy they are.

I emailed the support group and they told me to admit my violation by responding to their email and that they will unblock my account. I have no response till date. It’s been two weeks now

As it’s been two weeks, your enquiry must have gotten lost in the system, you need to reply to the email you received to confirm you wouldn’t do it again and state you had replied saying you wouldn’t do it again but haven’t heard anything & your account is still banned.

Depending how busy Support are it can take a while for them to reply. We would recommend replying to the automated message you will have received. Please bear in mind that if your account has been terminated they normally won’t reply.
