A new “This account has been deleted” notice has been appearing recently. Is this a euphemism for permanently banned, or an indication that the account has been de-activated or de-registered?

This message appears when the user has deactivated the account, if an account has been banned, it will reflect this with the message:

‘Access Denied. This room has been banned.’

I miss my old account that I created on chaturbate and I wanted back and unbanned my older chaturbate account please thanks 🙏 😊
