I am a model and I’m not able to tip tokens or promote myself. Why is that? Will I get access to my tokens back after contacting support or they are frozen now?

You will need to contact support via the form, it sounds like your account has received a bug that normally does this to tippers where they can’t tip anyone.
Once you have filled out the form with all the information please allow support the time to look into your account & reply.

How long can it take to receive a reply from a support? I heard of cases when people waited for over 2 weeks.. I have 44 thousands tokens on account, I’m a model and by tipping to a studio I get money withdrawn..so while I’m waiting I have no income 😦 Also, does this suspension means that my tokens will be taken from me? Or? Thank you for A reply!

It’s highly likely not a suspension but just the tipping bug, this is why it’s best to message support via their form. It’s the only way you’ll find out what has happened to your account.
It can take anywhere from 24 hours up to a week or possibly 2, depending on how busy support are & what the issues are on the account. But the 2 week for a reply is rare, only really happens when they need to investigate more into an account before they can give a full reply.

damn, thank you so much for answering me! I am also unable to promote myself (the option for 5 min promo) or anyone else, is it also a sign of a bug? So it will be fixed eventually and everything most likely will be ok?

Yes this will be part of the bug, specially if you can chat & broadcast. It just removes part where to tip or use tokens, it can also be part of why some can’t cash out.
