What does one do when cb support ignores emails about your account for well over 1 week

This really depends if your account has been banned or worse terminated. If it is the later, unfortunately there’s not much you can do as Chaturbate closes all doors if your account has been terminated.

If however it’s just enquiry regarding your account and your account is not banned / terminated, we highly recommend sending another email to the first ‘auto’ reply that you should of received. If you did not receive an auto reply, please check your spam box for the reply.

If you still can’t find any reply, you could try the ambercutie forum which they do monitor.

  1. My account was banned well over a week ago. Support said it was “suspended”—-never gave the length of the suspension. I replied to the original ticket response numerous times with no further response. I also reached out on ambercutie many times, without success. I also made need tickets since my response to the original ticket was not answered. I am at a complete loss now. I have hundreds of dollars sitting in my locked account. It is just total silence from support. It was caused so much stress both financially and emotionally.

    I don’t know what else to do. And feel very wronged by CB.

    And the weird thing is I can no longer even rate the response to the original ticket. Says it is closed, never seen that before. Did CB just delete the whole original ticket response from their system?

    Not even a response saying my account is still under review, or banned for life. JUST TOTAL SILENCE!

    1. Without knowing your username we cannot check past broadcasts to give an honest opinion if the issue is there. We have spotted your messages on ambercutie site and noticed the amount of tickets you have supplied which can sometimes delay in responses.

      There is nothing much we can say at this point, sorry.

  2. Well I just got a reply from support with the same reason given asking me to do the same request to restore my account. And I already did that a week ago. So this is insane. And I really don’t know why I’m being asked again to do what I did a week ago to get my account back. I informed them many times I did as they requested. And for them to ask me over a week later to do the same thing is insane.

We would recommend following the advice that Support is asking you for, as normally if they request you do something for them so your account can be unbanned it’s easier to just follow the advice even when you have already done it once before. This normally happens if a model has been reported as ‘recorded loop’ and they require you to send some kind of photograph with text written in some paper etc. If the first one is blurred or they feel some more proof is needed they will ask for it.

      Hope you get your account fixed.
