I want receive my past private video when I was the boardcaster. I saw that depending how long it been, my data of my past videos will be deleted and I want to know if it’s been almost two year is it possible to still receive my past private? Sorry if the messages seems confusing English isn’t my first language. Thank you very much
As far as we are aware, past privates are always available IF the model allowed recordings to be made. If you’re unsure about past privates being removed, you can email support and ask them.

I’m the model I never had saved private videos after my private. I seen people record my private without permission and I want to know if I can see who was the one I was in private with so I can block that user from my chat room

We would advise that if you have spy enabled this will allow multiple users to watch & possibly record a private show. If however you have spy disabled, we would then advise to write down the username of the person you are having the private show with & if the show ends up on the internet you know it has to come from that user. You can then proceed with banning that user from your room.
