I need my account back from being banned
Unfortunately only Chaturbate can unban accounts, but if the account is terminated Chaturbate won’t remove the ban.
You’ll need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out why your account was banned. Please only send ONE email & ONLY reply to the automated reply that you’ll receive from them otherwise it will push your enquiry to the back & also possibly be marked as spam.

It all depends on the type of ban. If it’s a termination there’s no appeal. If it’s just a ban you could possibly email support to ask how long the ban period is and what the ban was for, ask for a detailed explanation to what actual rule you broke & ask for the evidence. But explain that if they can tell you, you will know in future not to do it again if you have broken a rule/s.

As already stated, Chaturbate will not lift terminations. They will only lift bans if there is a reason to do so.

Termination simply means that Chaturbate have terminated your account they will not allow you to rejoin the site for purchasing tokens or even earn tokens. If your account has been terminated, they will put your ID & associated names / emails / IP’s on the block list. So if you make a new account they will still ban them.

why i saw on amber cutie forum that someone gots permanently banned and terminated becuase of minor age violation but they still lift the ban why me i just offer dirty shows they will not consider me to back again on the site its unfair i think and i have screenshot of someone that back on CB even the CB email them that they are permanently bannned

If there is a broadcaster that is breaking the ToS after they’ve had a ban lifted, you can report the broadcaster to support who will then look into the situation. Screenshots do help in these kind of situations.
In relation to your own account being terminated, dirt shows or scat as they are commonly known are strictly not allowed. (APPENDIX C, section 2 i – ….actions or materials which may be deemed obscene or illegal in your community.).
Please note that Chaturbate is based in California so they have to operate under California law.

When you sign up to any website you are agreeing to the ToS for that website, as Chaturbate has strict rules in place for certain acts / shows they will terminate the accounts without warning.
We are unable to help you in this situation.

why they lift the ban who violated the underage and infact in dirty show i earn alot and i think thats enough reason to unban since i earn well and infact i didnt do that in CB i just type dirty i didnt do it actual

Making multiple accounts on here just to reply to messages will not do anything to have an account that is terminated unbanned.
The ToS are set out & you agree to them, it does not matter if you earn a lot of money or tokens. If you break the ToS in such a serious way Chaturbate will terminate your account.
If you have an issue with another broadcaster breaking the rules or ToS you will need to email Chaturbate.
