Hii,I got banned 6 days ago ,and I sent an email asking the reason of my ban ,with an image of the account showing banned,and I got a reply to submit age verification of an account I know nothing about,am confused cause I hve only one account,never opened another,I sent an email saying the account doesn’t belong to me ,I hvent gotten a reply yet
Unfortunately you will need to wait until support has replied. If you still haven’t received a reply within 48 hours we would recommend replying to the email you will have received.
Please do NOT send a brand new email that will generate a new ticket number & cause your issue to be pushed back as support will need to look at both ticket numbers to solve the issue.
When you do reply to them please state clearly that the account that they are stating does not belong to you. Please bear in mind that if you are working for a studio, chaturbate maybe linking your account with someone else within that studio. You will then have to contact your studio so that they can email Chaturbate to sort your issue out.

Hello..My account was banned and it’s not clear to me why.I attempted to create a new account as I wait on the support system response and they banned it immediately. What can I do especially since I’ve not received any response so far

If your account has been banned, you will need to wait for a reply but after 72 hours reply to the automated reply you will have received. When an account has been banned they will normally ban brand new accounts. This is why you need to sort out what the issue is BEFORE making new accounts.
