Hello, I received a ban and I don’t know why, can you help me please?
You only need to post once not 6/7 times, you will need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out why you were banned. But please only send them ONE email otherwise it could take longer for them to investigate why you were banned.

The reason the posts don’t appear is to stop spam appearing. It can take anywhere between 24 – 72+ hours for support to reply.

As we’ve said it can take up to 72 hours, we have even seen over a week to reply.

Why is he only doing that to models at suspended accounts ? For example, some members emailed to ask why they blocked me and received the answer ! I did not get any response!

If you mean Chaturbate, it depends how busy they are. Once they see an email requesting help with their account they have to investigate the matter before they can find a solution if there is one.

I just asked to say what I got the bann for ! Once they give you the banner it means they have something grounded they must have a reason ! Or do they give the bann as they please and their pleasure ?

I def violated something. When it happened to you did it say this? My token count still shows up. I am begging and pleading as I’ll really be homeless andwill lose my child if i don;’t get reinstated

Unfortunately you will need to wait for Chaturbate Support to reply to you. As we have stated it can take between 24 to 72 hours & even up to a week for a reply. They need to investigate & state why an account has been suspended or banned, it’s normally due to a note on accounts which states what the violation is.
On the issue regarding messages not appearing here, we have an automated filter that stops new messages appearing to stop spam on the blog. We do get the messages but we have to manually approve them.

and what are the odds of it getting reinstated? I really need this. Losing my child and everything is involved with this right now.That money in my acccount is all i had to live. That profile is how i lived. There’s nothing i can do to speed it up? The violation is probably from offline payments, which confuses me because they let us post our social profiles for people to purchase with tokens. Anything i can do to speed this up tell me. I am the main provider in my family. I mean i take accountability and will never violate again.

Depends on the violation, unfortunately you cannot speed the process up. There is a queue that they work through.
Paying for items with tokens is allowed, offline payments is due to asking for payments that are NOT affiliated with Chaturbate or the tokens system ie: cashapp
You can go to other cam sites while you wait for support to reply, just please make sure you do NOT advertise them on Chaturbate.

And i understand this now. And i hope it’s not too late. But chaturbate was my home. Would they possibly give another chance if someone did do offline paymnts? listen, i’m a man who admits my wrongs, but chaturbate is my home. I have done that and admit to it. And i did receive warnings, but i thought it would be suspended first. I just want to know if i’m wasting my time or not or if i should move on. It’s not as easy as just going to anothe r cam site. I had a heart attack this morning when i saw i was banned. I am in the hospital still. That’s how severe this will impact my family. Okay sorry for the posts. I’s sad that loyalty doesn’t exist anymore.
Again i have advertised my OF, Cashapp before. I am wrong for that. But telling someone to wait as they are in the hospital, will lose their child and booked a tip to travel to another country that is nonrefundable to cam elsewheee to give my audience what they deserve it’s not as easy to just go cam.

If you have received warnings & acknowledged the warnings but then continued to break the rules that will be why your account was banned as you have failed to comply to the rules / terms of the site that you signed up to. Chaturbate doesn’t do suspensions, it’s either bans or terminations. A ban can be lifted a termination cannot.

I take it they do it the following way! If I report to a model now and say there’s a minor in room ‘, what does he do shut down the camera to model ? First time not researching ?

I can’t disagree with you. And as a man again I always write my wrongs and don’t repay the same mistakes. And that’s good news then. I assume if my account was terminated I wouldn’t be able to see my token count still or have access to that username. And I know you said I can’t speed up the process, but my child, MY CHILD gets taken away from me this weekend if I can’t receive my pay. Some di j reported me yesterday. And that dick was my ex girlfriend who I knew it was so I played their game. But I’ve been loyal to Chaturbate, I’ve made them a lot of money and vice versa. My fans are distraught right now. There should be ways or people who can contact them to speed this up. As I’m waiting in their inbox without even a ticket being opened my family falls apart. I’m hopeful, but my time is running out. I can’t pick up my father’s meds for his cancer either without pay. I’m going to lose two people. Chaturbate used to be so good with customer service years ago. And now all I see online and through experience are negatives. There has to be someone to help. And I don’t want a lawyer involved. I want to write my wrongs and be able to communicate with them and not do something I said I won’t do again. That’s what maturity is all about.
I was also about to bring another 20,000 followers from my other platform to Chaturbate. It’s a shame.
