How long does it take to unlock your account ? I replied to the email and the account is still suspended!
Depends when you had the issue & when you replied to them for the account to be reinstated. We would normally give a day or two before we suggest replying to their email regarding the issue.
Do NOT make a new email as this will just create a new ticket.

It can range in time for them to reply, remember Chaturbate has millions of users & models. Just imagine all the emails they receive, you’ve got to give them time to reply. If you don’t get a reply within a week you can reply to the automated reply you will have received.
But please do NOT make a new email as this will create a new ticket & could push your issue to the bottom.

Depends who your email service is, it’s recommended to use services such as gmail or similar as some providers block Chaturbate.

So I did as you said , I created another account to receive the answer ‘but really no one answers ! On 13.12.2024 is made a month since the account is suspended !

It’s best to email from the registered email address that you have with Chaturbate as they can match the account & see where the issues are.
You may want to recheck the date you stated as there is no 13th month & we have only just started the 12th month.

Yes I checked and received no response ! and the account is still suspended ! When I received the last email on 22.11.2024 specify to reply to email that I understand the terms and conditions to lift my suspension , I replied to email ! But in vain !
