You will need to check with Chaturbate Support, as it’s up to them if you will receive the money. Sometimes they will but there is always a chance they won’t cash out.

Is it a normal practice for chaturbate to ignore messages? I have been emailing for the past 10 days. I was told by a representative that cashed out tokens are never lost. So is it to be assumed that I will never be paid those cashed out tokens if I haven’t been paid within the 7 days time period? I really need that money. It’s very difficult to make money on Chaturbate because most viewers there come with the intention of spending 5 tips to 10 tokens maximum or they have no tokens or they are just pigeons watching the show. For me to have made some money and never receive it, is cruel and unjust, especially when I’m getting no replies from the support team, as if I do not exist.

Chaturbate pays out between 3-7 days after the 15th or the last day of the month. If your account hasn’t been banned or terminated & you’ve made the minimum amount of tokens (1000) or $50 they normally pay out a few days later, but if your have not made the minimum amount it rolls onto the following period until your account makes the minimum amount.
Please be careful with sending multiple messages to support, if it’s on the same issue & on the same ticket you need to wait for a reply.
IF you are sending brand new emails & receiving a new ticket number it can push your enquiry to the bottom.
