good day admin i hope you will read this email for me i never surrender this account because i know and i believe myself i dont have a violation to submit my age verification because my all identity is legitimate. since you were upgrade for age verification i was following intruction and i never cheated my identification i was upload my identification card which is my passport after that i was upload my face verification but the problem is always face not recognized i was using my mobile phone but it was very struggling upload please help me and retrieve again to upload my identification.because i believe i dont have a violation please try to check and investigate this situation thanks and god bless
When going through the verification, you need to submit 2 images for verification.
1, a copy of your ID (passport or similar which contains photo on the ID)
2, a photograph of you holding the ID next to your head.
Both photographs have got to be very clear and sharp with no blurring, this is so that the admin of Chaturbate can confirm the details & confirm you are the person on the ID.
We would highly recommend using a scanner for the single image of the passport or similar & not using a phone to take the image of this document.

All you can do is email support@chaturbate.com to enquire why the account has been suspended. It’s possible that your friend has caused this suspension if they’re not age verified on the account. Chaturbate requires anyone that will be appearing on cam, that means any body parts at all that they’re age verified.
But please allow them up to 72 hours to reply to emails, if you send more than 1 on the same subject it can delay the reply & also mark your emails as spam.

Unfortunately you will need to wait for support to reply as they are the ones that can fix this issue. Just don’t send another email, if you need to send one reply to the automated email you will have received.
Comment: I want receive my past private video when I was the boardcaster. I saw that depending how long it been, my data of my past videos will be deleted and I want to know if it’s been almost two year is it possible to still receive my past private? As far as we are aware, past privates are always available IF the model allowed recordings to be made. If you’re unsure about past privates being removed, you can email support and ask them.
Chaturbate has really started to suck lately. Performance is bad and features aren’t working. I’ve recently found that most of the models i have favorited no longer have the yellow start in the preview rooms … but when i click on the model to go to the room it shows them as being favorited. This is happening on two different laptops and my oculus … so something happened to it. This site is getting super sucky shitty and its impossible to manage a bunch of favorited models with no stars showing up. Anything you can tell me? I’m using the most recent version of chrome.
We would suggest contacting support@chaturbate.com who will pass on any technical issues that you are finding onto the coders of the site. If they’re not contacted regarding issues, they may not know about the issues.
Hi , i got banned last 28th of november 2021 . because of a link . i was told of my client to watch the video from the link he send to me. but i just said okay and yes its hot even though i havent watch and click the link yet . And after that message they banned me . i was explaining to support that i didnt click the link , i just said yes for so i can get tokens . Is there possible i can get back my account ?
Really depends if the account has been terminated or if the ban was for a short period. You would need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out if your account would be allowed to be reinstated.
You say you are allowed to have many verified accounts on Chaturbate as you like, you just cannot broadcast on more then one at the same time? Where is that stated in the rules? And if so does each newly made verified account get the 7 day “New” tag promotion?
Just to clarify, Chaturbate stated that a broadcaster cannot broadcast the same angle on multiple accounts. If a broadcaster streams on multiple accounts at the same time they can have different views / angles. Chaturbate MAY have changed this rule since they stated this, but they don’t always publish their rules which are always changing.
If a broadcaster has received the ‘NEW’ tag even though they have been on the site with another account that was verified, Chaturbate do ask that members alert them to this as the ‘NEW’ tag can be given by mistake.
This normally happens when a broadcaster has reset their internet to receive a new IP and submitted their ID on a new account. Chaturbate do try & check ID’s with old accounts that are on the system, but a few can slip through and receive the ‘NEW’ tag.
Hi, I was recently and I believe it’s because me and a model were in private talking and she asked how am I watching her and I took a picture and sent it to her on the site and I believe that’s what got me banned. I haven’t heard from the support team and wondering should I just give up trying to get my account back. Only been on. Chaturbate a couple months.
If the model has made a complaint against you, then that is a possibility why your account has been banned. But it’s also a possibility that there is another reason why your account has been banned. Only Support can state the reason for this ban. If you have emailed them, you will have received an automated reply, you can then reply to this email asking for more details. But please bare in mind that support can take up to 7 working days to reply depending how busy they are.
We would recommend waiting for a reply, not only check your inbox but also the junk / spam, as some emails from Chaturbate can be placed in there by mistake.
If you do not hear anything within 7 days, you could post on Ambercutie forum, but please wait for at least 7 days before you post there.

Unfortunately, we cannot unban accounts. You will need to contact support@chaturbate.com for help. But we will say that if your new account is automatically banned, this will mean that Chaturbate has flagged your IP & possibly your ID for termination due to a violation of the terms of service on the site.
