Models on Chaturbate are free to ban users from their room for what ever reason they wish. Some will ban users if they don’t talk if they just sit in their rooms.

The only time a model ‘may’ get into trouble is if they ban a user after they have tipped for something and the model does not provide the item the user had tipped for.

But please beware that tipping tokens is classed as a gift.

A model will have multiple reasons for banning a user from their room, if they’re not on social media there will be virtually no way of contacting them.

We never did anything wrong, we just woke up to suspensions. We have been trying to email chaturbate support but we have not gotten any reply & it’s been 5days now

Unfortunately only Chaturbate can state with an account is banned (not suspended). Chaturbate only deal with Banned or Terminated accounts. If it’s a terminated account they will not allow you back onto the site. Banned accounts, depending on the duration of the ban & what you were banned for can only be lifted by Chaturbate.

Please check your spam box as sometimes their emails can appear there. We highly recommend using gmail as their emails are accepted by gmail.

If you don’t receive any email even after checking the junk / spam box, you could try messaging them on Ambercutieforum which has a dedicated section for Chaturbate Support.

I need my account back from being banned

I have been modeling on CB for years, but not consistently. So I had not much luck to get noticed at first. Over the time I figured out the “first-7-days-fresh” account was placing me on the special page with models under the tag “NEW”. So I have created quite a few of them over the years. Never broke the rules and never broadcasted same time from multiple accounts. And one happy day,as soon as I finally became popular on one specific account with about 5k viewers in my room during my show and week later I got banned. All my old accounts got banned too. ALL OF THEM. I have been using MY IDENTITY LEGALLY every time! My partner was verified broadcaster on my latest account and he received response from support that if he would ever try to contact them again regarding ME or my name then he will get banned immediately forever as well. (He was not trying to broadcast with me after I was banned , he just wrote an email to ask if it’s possible to reinstate me in the future). With me support is communicating until they don’t know my name. After that they are just go silent. I’ve been desperately trying to speak to anyone from support for two years now! Help

We can only guess or summarise the reason why you have been banned / terminated.

The reason, making multiple accounts to receive the ‘NEW’ tag.

Models are only allowed to receive the ‘NEW’ tag once after joining the site, if you are making multiple accounts to receive this tag, you are circumventing the Terms of Service. Hence why all of your accounts are banned.

If support have stopped replying to you, it is more than likely you have been terminated from the site. Chaturbate will not allow anyone back onto the site if they have terminated someone’s account for breach of the Terms of Service on multiple occasions. You will receive a warning most of the time, then if you ignore than warning and still continue to break the Terms of Service, they will terminate the accounts. If you have not received a warning & have gone straight to a termination, Chaturbate will highly likely have decided that after so many breach’s to terminate the accounts.

In regarding to your partner trying to contact Chaturbate on your behalf, Chaturbate are only allowed to contact the model that is verified on the account that is banned / terminated. IF the account has been made by a model agency / Affiliate, only then can someone contact Chaturbate on behalf of the model, as they will be working for that agency.

But a model that is banned / terminated on Chaturbate, it is highly likely that Chaturbate will not allow the model back even if they are working for a agency.

When going through the verification, you need to submit 2 images for verification.

1, a copy of your ID (passport or similar which contains photo on the ID)

2, a photograph of you holding the ID next to your head.

Both photographs have got to be very clear and sharp with no blurring, this is so that the admin of Chaturbate can confirm the details & confirm you are the person on the ID.

We would highly recommend using a scanner for the single image of the passport or similar & not using a phone to take the image of this document.

All you can do is email support@chaturbate.com to enquire why the account has been suspended. It’s possible that your friend has caused this suspension if they’re not age verified on the account. Chaturbate requires anyone that will be appearing on cam, that means any body parts at all that they’re age verified.

But please allow them up to 72 hours to reply to emails, if you send more than 1 on the same subject it can delay the reply & also mark your emails as spam.

Unfortunately you will need to wait for support to reply as they are the ones that can fix this issue. Just don’t send another email, if you need to send one reply to the automated email you will have received.

As far as we are aware, past privates are always available IF the model allowed recordings to be made. If you’re unsure about past privates being removed, you can email support and ask them.

Chaturbate has really started to suck lately. Performance is bad and features aren’t working. I’ve recently found that most of the models i have favorited no longer have the yellow start in the preview rooms … but when i click on the model to go to the room it shows them as being favorited. This is happening on two different laptops and my oculus … so something happened to it. This site is getting super sucky shitty and its impossible to manage a bunch of favorited models with no stars showing up. Anything you can tell me? I’m using the most recent version of chrome.
