If a model has a goal up in their room for a certain amount of tokens then its up to the models if they have a certain amount of time to do that goal.
Some models will state that if the goal is not attained within a certain period they will move to a different goal.
This is not fraud if this is already stated. This is why most models have a tip menu as to work towards a goal that they set for the room at that time.
Only if a model achieves a goal and does not complete that goal is when there is an issue. BUT please note that some tippers will tip a model and say they are not tipping towards a goal & same with models, they will say that some tips that have been received will discount certain tip amounts for a goal.
This is all normally set out by the model. If you are unsure if a model will do anything as stated above before you tip, then please ask the model first.

When a person is broadcasting and IF they receive a report of underage they have to legally take the broadcast down. If music is going to be played Chaturbate say to play Royalty Free music and to state where the content you are playing in your profile so that you are covered if there are any reports.
Remember, it can be hard for audio thats playing to be confirmed that is maybe copyrighted.
Its a brand new feature that will have the browser send you a notification when a broadcaster comes online IF you give Chaturbate permission to send you notifications via your browser.
Chaturbate have stated that if a model see’s any of their content on the site that you have mentioned, the model can email support with the urls and they will pass the request onto the site for removal as they will have the email and the account holder details on file.

‘Exhibitionist’ section just means that the person can’t accept tokens, but they CAN be nudity in their stream. If a person is found to be underage the account does and will always get banned.
Put it this way, if nudity was not allowed by ‘exhibitionists’ then hundreds of male broadcasters wouldn’t be allowed to show their nudity & be banned all the time. The male section is mainly populated by nude ‘exhibitionists’.
